Great company. Estimate provided promptly. Workers showed up when promised and did the repair. Kept me updated on progress so I could take pictures for insurance. These workers did not take breaks, worked straight through to complete repairs. Everyone in the company I have had dealings with were professional, pleasant, knowledgeable, and just a pleasure to work with.

Capps was great to work with. I felt like he always had our best interest at heart, and it's that trust that will make him our first call in a few years when we replace the roof. A big thank you to Capps!

Capps Roofing was the 2nd estimate I got for replacing a flat roof. When I called them they were very polite and came out the same day in the rain to look at the roof. I received an email a couple of days later with the estimate, which was a $1,100.00 cheaper then the first estimate I had received. Within 2 weeks they were ready to start the job. Blake Capps called me the day before they were to start and told me the guys would be at my house at 830 the next morning. I was pleasantly surprised when they actually showed up right on time. Everyone working on the roof was very courteous and polite. They took the time to put a large sheet of plastic over the pool so no debris would get in. The job was finished by 4:00 that afternoon and everything was cleaned up. I would highly recommend this company. Everyone I dealt with was helpful and accommodating. They showed up when they said they would and cleaned up when the job was done. I appreciate a company that returns phone calls, shows up when they say they will and does the job they have been hired to do in a professional manner.

Fabulous expericence with Blake. We received a letter from our insurance agent saying some roof tiles needed to be repaired and/or replaced immediately otherwise our house insurance policy would not be renewed prior to hurricane season starting! Blake came out immediately to provide an estimate. He took many phone calls and emails with me pepperying him with questions. Every time we spoke, he was always patient and provided me with the info I needed to assess the job that needed to be performed. Capps Roofing did not provide the cheapest quote, but they provided fast service and was always available to answer questions. In the end, Blake's responsiveness and the information he shared with me regarding the repair job and dealing with the insurance company paperwork convinced me that his company would do the best quality job. Sure enough, they showed up as scheduled, arrived on time, completed the job as promised and for the price as quoted. In fact, the repair job turned out to be a little more than they initially expected but they stuck to their quote and made no attempt to try to get more money. I asked for 3 seperate bidsfor 3 different companies; Capps bid was the lowest bid for the basic job. The estimator for Capps took the time to discuss the job in some detail. He inspected the metal strap braces between a-frame and wall and found they could use extra nails for support. It would require replacing all the plywood on front and back of house to access the straps to reinforce them. That service could be done for an extra $2000. The basic job of removing the old roof,removing debris,and installing new roof was quoted at $7500.They took the time to consider what I needed done,in addition to the basic job,and for that reason I selected them. The work started on Mon 10th June. They were on time and had enough people to do the job. The foreman introduced himself to me and explained what they were going to do,and I could ask questions about the job as necessary. The first day they removed the old roof,removed plywood on edge of house and reinforced metal straps,replaced with new plywood, and put down a new layer tarpaper on entire roof. Tuesday afternoon supply company delivered the new shingles. Thursday the shingler man showed up and shingled the west side of the roof and part of east side of roof. Friday morning he showed up to complete the job by approximately noon of that day. In summation, the job was done in a timely manner, in a professional manner with great results, and very good cleanup with no damage to surrounding landscape. I would recommend this companys service to those who want a quality new roof done in a professional manner for a fair price.

They were very good about scheduling for an inspection to prepare a proposal. They came within two days of my call. Mark Capps inspected the roof and seemed to be very knowledgeable about the problem. He went on the ceiling as well as on the roof to inspect the damage caused by water. He was very professional. I then received the proposal next day. I wasn't too happy with the cost ($2,500) since I wasn't expecting to be this high. However, I had received another proposal for $3,300. After I had signed the agreement, I received another proposal for $1,800. I talked to them and told them about a $100 discount from Angie's List. They inmediately agree to it. I also asked for two years warranty on the work. They also agree to it. I was told they'll be coming within a week or two. I had to call them as they didn't seem to schedule my work. Within a week of my call they repaired the roof. I must say it had been raining a lot and they probably couldn't schedule to work earlier. They had to wait a couple of days to place/replace the tiles. It took them about a week to come back and place/replace the tiles. Overall, I am very satisfied with the work and would recommend the company.

Capps did a great job, and were great to work with. The only issue we had was scheduling, which seemed totally beyond their ability. First, it was going to be several weeks, then this week, then next week. As it ended, however, they did the job quickly and well, and even showed up on Memorial Day to finish a few tasks. They listened closely, and did what we needed them to do. This included replacing soffits and fascias, and they look great. One thing we wish had happened, but didn't, is that they could have been more assertive in telling us the differences between shingle, tile, and metal. We'd had concrete tile (the only reason we replaced it was that the insurance carrier wouldn't re-insure a 50 year old, but perfectly good roof), and decided on shingle, based in part on cost and the assurance the insulating factor woud be close between tile and shingle. It isn't. Now, we'll need to add insulation. If we'd known the real differences, we likely would have gone back to tile. However, over all, Capps was great to deal with, and we're pleased we did business with them. We highly recommend them.

They are very professional and they did a good job. After they removed the old shingles, they pointed out areas that needed new sheeting. They did that work as well. They were very attentive to detail. I was impressed. They used very good materials. They explained the process effectively. They were the best quote I received. They exceeded my expectations. Their clean up was excellent. They did not leave anything behind. I did not get any flat tires from nails and mostly importantly neither did my neighbors.

They do a great job and they are on time. They do exactly what they say they are going to do for a good price.

The service was good. The prices are fair and the quality of their work is good. I would definitely use them again for future work. When I needed work done to the beams, I used them because they did such a good job on the roof. They are very good contractors. It is a team of two brothers. One brother is on the job site and the other brother handles the business side.

I thought it was a very good service. I shopped around. The price was reasonable for the work performed. I would definitely use their services again.

They painted the tiles to match the rest of tiles on the roof. They did a good job matching the paint color. The owner told me he would send me a receipt for that work in the mail. He has yet to send me a receipt in the mail. However, the work itself was good.

Capps Roofing was very prompt In responding to our quote request. One of the owners, came to our house to take measurements, walk the roof, and inspect the project at hand and within a few days emailed us a quote. The price quoted was in range with other roofers and more than fair. They started work a couple of weeks from the time we signed the quote proposal. We watched the dry-in process just to see what kind of surprises our old roof had to offer in addition to the ones we had already known about and disclosed. There were quite a few. The Capps crew worked very professionally and efficiently. I spoke to two Capps brothers. Both of them were well informed and efficient. Their follow through was excellent. They were kind and considerate. The price they quoted was the price we paid. They even gave us a discount because we found their name on Angie's List. We would definitely use them again. We truly appreciate everything they did.

A re-roof is a very expensive project and was timid because this was the first re-roof I have had to experience. Blake was awesome. Blake worked with us on the orginal quote and made the re-roof happen. Blake called us back and always stayed in contact with us. The Project manager and crew showed up and had half roof dried in and other half completed following day. Then the Rains came. Entire week the crew worked in between rain showers and got the job completed. We had 3 minor punch list items tile sticking up here and there nothing serious just eye sore. Blake had someone out following day to address and we were able to close the project. I would use them for all my future roofing needs. No hesitation. Called to get a quote and Mark Capps came out the same day to look at the roof. We had a written quote within about 24 hours submitted via e-mail. That was very convenient and professional. We hired them to do 2 of the 3 jobs quoted. The third job was to install new hurricane code skylights. We intend to have them out to do that in the near future. They gave us a date they could begin work (within a few days). They were supposed to come in the morning but came in the afternoon. However, I did receive an email to let me know they were running a bit behind so that was appreciated. They completed part of the job and came back the following week to finish. Overall, they did a good, professional job and were pleasant to work with.

Very professional, punctual and no complaints as of yet. The only issue I have is that they keep asking me to do this reveiw and even after I tell them I'd like to wait until a good rainstorm before reviewing, they still called and asked for a review. Capps was recommended to me by a friend. They came the day after I contacted them to give me an estimate and explained the situation with the roof. They showed me, and later emailed, digital photos of the problem. I received the estimate within a few more days, faxed it back approved, and shortly someone appeared to have me sign for the permit. The porch was reroofed the next week. The roofers were polite and left no mess. I was very pleased with their service and plan to use them to reroof my house in 6-8 years.
