Showed up on time and appeared very professional. They quickly fixed a leak in my barrel tile roof and checked to be sure that the repair was good by drenching the roof with water. Great price and service. They also cleaned up as if no one had ever been there. Now I have a new leak in a completely different area and I am calling them to get the new roof leak repaired. Can't give a better recommendation than that! Use these guys and you won't be sorry.

We had just purchased the home and could not get insurance until this was problem was fixed. Capps responded and had the job done 4 days after closing!!! They sent one employee out to see what would be needed for the job so that when they arrived the next day the installers had everything they needed. I've never seen any contractors do this before. It saved a lot of time for them and now I think all contractors should do this!!! Capps set the bar higher and would definitely recommend them.

I would highly recommend Capp's for roofing problems. I originally called about a leaking roof. Blake came to my house the very next day and gave me an estimate of what it would cost to fix it. It seemed expensive, since the roof was over 20 years old. I asked about replacing the roof to see if it would make more since, and he got back to me the next day with an estimate. Within several days my roof was replaced and gutters were installed. Capps does not install gutters, but he was kind enough to contact someone who did for me and included it in his price. After it was completed, my son thought the gutters looked a little odd in a particular place in the backyard. I took and sent a picture and sent it Angela Capps to inquire about it. She called me back shortly after and said Blake would be down to look at it. He said it was supposed to be like that, and didn't charge anything for his service. They are a family-run business, and are very professional, honest, and accommodating. I would use them again, and will not hesitate to recommend them to anyone who has roofing needs.

The guys showed up on time, the work was done in a few days and the roof looks great. We had to have them come back to do a little more clean up the following day. Mr. Capps was very responsive to all our concerns.

Prompt service. Everything went very smoothly. Removed old roof and replaced it in one week. This is a great group of professionals to do business with. Price was reasonable, lowest of 3 estimates. Even replaced the skylights! Cleaned up all trash. I would be glad to recommend them to anyone!

Capps did a great job. This turned out to be the third roof for the house and the second roof plywood attachments weren't up to code. This was an unexpected finding, which meant that most of the plywood had to be removed and replaced and the straps had to be reinforced as well. All this was done for no extra cost. The roof looks beautiful and I am very pleased. Everyone on Capp's team was pleasant, hardworking and made me feel very confident with their work. They stayed on schedule, kept the yard and pool clean every day, and left nothing for me to clean up. Every aspect of my dealings with Capps were absolutely top quality and I recommend them very enthusiastically.

Capps Roofing checked for a pontetial leak. Fortunately they did not find one. Very helpful , friendly and when I asked them to check another area they gladly obliged. I asked them what I owed for them to check roof--they replied NOTHING! I even offered to pay for gas($20.00) and they turned it down. They spent a good half hour checking all areas of the roof. The funniest part the rep said to give my daughter the money-- -my reply "I give my daughter enough" I highly recommend Capps Roofing

I've used several different providers on Angie's List and have always been very satisfied with the quality of the work and the associated cost of those services. It's easy enough to ask a neighbor if they know an electrician or a roofer, but in my experience I've found that the reviews and comments on Angie's List have always been objective and consistently accurate. Mark was in contact with me during the day to keep me advised of his schedule so I wouldn't be inconvenienced when he was unexpectedly delayed with another customer. His consideration and professionalism honestly impressed me, and he took the time to explain what caused the soffit to detach and what steps he took to repair the problem so it would not reoccur. When I asked him for his bill, he graciously declined to charge me for the work. Even though the repair was brief, he still had to drive to the house, get up on the roof, and do the work. My insistence about paying him didn't matter, and all I can say is that his generosity and obvious pride in his company have won Capps Roofing a loyal customer for life. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend Capps to anyone that needs an honest and professional roofer.

Dealt with Capps exclusively over the phone since I was away at the time, all went very smoothly. Blake was prompt, responsive and professional but with a neighborly demeanor. When I did return, except for a new roof you would never know installers were here. I have had comments from neighbors and others on how nice the roof looks.

Steven Capp came to the house and checked for leaks. On a hot day he went into the attic and advised there were leaks and in addition the vent for the dryer was not installed properly and advised not use the dryer until this was fixed. He came back on a second occasion to revisit the problems and was hired on the spot. Capp Roofing promptly sent over the contract, which was signed and FAXED back to them. We were placed on a list and told approximately two weeks. They were true to their word and arrived promptly. The job was handled in a very professional manner and the workmen were clean and neat. We would recommend Capp Roofing!

I was referred to the company by my wife's co-worker who highly recommended them. I called to schedule a visit for an estimate and they (Blake) came out the same day. He took the time to review and a**** the damage. An estimate was received electronically within 24 hours. The estimate was a little more than what I was anticipating, but it was an all-inclusive estimate with no extras for time and material. I was very impressed with the professionalism of the company and decided to go with them after getting another estimate from a different company that was recommended but much less responsive and although the estimate was less, it was open allowing charges for time and materials. Also, the other company did not do a thorough assessment of the damage (never went on the roof or in the attic). The contract with Capps was signed and returned. The company showed up without me having to call and follow-up on when the work was going to begin. The work was completed within 2 days with no hassles. I would strongly recommend the company. They were very professional, punctual, responsive and complete with the work.

I had water coming down an old vent pipe when it rains. Mark checked it out and decided it was a minor fix and sealed up the pipe. He even called and returned to cap it off because he said he didn't want to leave it the way it was. I was very appreciative of his professionalism and kindness. For any other roof concerns, repairs, or replacements I would definitely give him a call. Thank You.

Excellent work and communication. Capps performed the work themselves. I have hired roofers before that sub-contracted a majority of the work and the company I contracted with did not manage their subcontractor's well so I needed to intervene. This was not the case with Capps. They performed the work in pretty tight space and cleaned up after themselves. I wouldn't have known they were even there except for the work they performed. I am very pleased with the work and would use them again.

The first crew arrived within a reasonable time after we contracted for the work. They were very professional and also friendly and accommodating. I would like to mention Viktor especially, who really seemed very knowledgeable and capable. He ended up having to remove more tiles than originally anticipated. He contacted one of the Capps brothers to consult during the process. They did the entire job for the original price, even though there was more time involved. During the time the men were here a supervisor showed up to make sure all was going well. I was very impressed with the "hands-on" involvement of the Capps brothers throughout the process. They definitely seem to care about their customers. The repair materials had to set for a few days before the tiles could be replaced, but the repair area was "dried-in" by the time the first crew left. The second crew, which arrived several days after the repair crew left, was also very professional and friendly. They reinstalled the original tiles where possible, and replaced the few that had broken with new tiles that matched very well. The entire process was a very good experience from start to finish. Although we have not had very much rain yet, there is no sign of any new leaking from the rains we have had. However, it is quite comforting to know that we have a one-year warranty from the Capps brothers in case a leak should develop. We would highly recommend this company and will definitely use them for any future roof work we may need.

They showed up on time and inspected my chimney, which is where the problem was. It needed to have the "flashing cap" replaced. The metal was all rusted and the wood around the edges of the chimney on which the metal sits was rotted. Their estimate was almost $2000. I had a referral from someone who did the work for a third. Their name is "Leak Tech Roofing" and the owner's name is Glenn. The work was done well and in 1 morning, when he said he would.Definitly recommend him.

Excellent! Everyone we had contact with at Capp's was pleasant and professional through the whole process. They all worked very hard & quickly, and the roof looks GREAT!!!!! (and no leaks) They listened to our complaints about the lack of ventilation we had in our attic and installed extra ventilation "squares" which has done wonders for the comfort level of the attic & has helped keep the house cooler. They took care of everything, including arranging for temporary removal & then re-installation of our solar hot water panel (by Treasure Coast Solar) at a very reasonable price. (Let me take a minute to recommend solar water heaters to everyone - we are a family of 4 & have to plug our hot water heater in maybe a total of 20 days per year.) Capps did a fantastic clean-up - it has been 6 months since they did the job and I have only found 4 fallen nails, 2 of which were in the bushes! I highly recommend Capps Roofing!

I have dealt with Capps on various occasions - from re-roofs to repair jobs. This last job was a repair job on a tile roof. They give 1 year guarantees on their work which is a plus. Sure beats other roofers that give no guarantees on repair work. A bit on the pricey side but you get what you pay for. The crews are professional and do a good quality job. The materials they use are also high quality. I can't say enough good things about this company!

Capps came quickly when called, photographed the problems, sent a proposal and promptly corrected the three leaks caused by another roofer's sloppy work about nine years ago. Capps does what they say they will do, very promptly and professionally. About three years ago they put new metal roofs on our main house and detached garage and also did a superb job on those. This time it was repairs to our guest house roof.

THESE GUYS ARE FANTASTIC!!!! They did a $7000 repair to our flat roof last January where they had patched substantial portions and installed 2 new large drains. Ten months later after a lengthy period of heavy rains there was a small leak in the ceiling of the guest bedroom in a portion of the roof they had repaired. We called Capps yesterday at about 3 pm and left a message about the leak. We got a call back from Mark within 2 hours and he scheduled an appointment at our convenience this morning at 9:30 am. He arrived promptly and couldn't have been more friendly or professional. He got right up on the roof where he diagnosed the problem but still took the time to climb up into our "memorable" attic (and not because it's a easy or comfortable place to be!) to confirm his assessment as well as to look at the areas that had leaked last January. He told me he believed a small previously installed drain was leaking around the perimeter and said he would go back to his shop to get the necessary materials. He returned within an hour, got right back on the roof and made the repair. Mark showed me a digital photo of what he had worked on and said he thought that would do the trick but to keep our eyes on it and call if we had any concerns. The situation was resolved within 20 hours and even better - THERE WAS NO CHARGE! People, I don't know about you but I have definitely had nightmare experiences with past roofers. Do yourself a favor and do business with Capps roofing. Their service is exemplary in every way!

They did a great job. They arrived when they promised and had the work done in 3 days. They were careful and cleaned up the job site. One of the 3 areas leaked a little before they put the tile back on, so they came back and did more repair work (at no additional charge). Only paid after the work was all completed. No down payment or deposit - that's really nice.

We contacted Capps Roofing on a Friday for a repair estimate to my porch roof including some wood replacement I knew was required. Received a call back the same day and Blake showed up Saturday morning. We started out needing a repair for a leak in the porch roof. I asked Blake to quote both a repair only to the roof and a repair plus replacement of the roofing material. Since he was there, I discussed replacing the existing aging asphalt shingled slope roof with metal. Blake said he would provide a metal quote also. We were very pleased with his price to do both roofs. We upgraded to heavier metal and color at an additional cost and gave Capps the contract. We are extremely pleased with Capps Roofing. From the quote to the completion of the job, they were nothing but prompt and professional. Blake was very responsive to every question or concern, whether we called or emailed. My last email was near midnight with a reply at 6:45 AM the next day. The job was completed in the time frame discussed.The crews were hard working, friendly and did a good job keeping the roof trash in the yard picked up. We now have a gorgeous new metal roof! I was unsure if I had a leak but wanted someone to come by and check it out. They responded very quickly to my phone call and scheduled an appointment the next day. Mark arrived on time and checked my roof for any required maintenance/leaks. He was very professional ... and the charge??? ZERO!! I am amazed in this day and age that not only do they respond quickly, come out ON TIME, but charge me nothing because I had no issues. HIGHLY RECOMMEND!!
