Called and left a message . Call was returned later the same day and appointment made for estimate. Very nice man came out looked at the roof and told me the owner would be getting back to me within a few days with a estimate . Never heard anything from anyone after that. I called and left a message on the owners voicemail a week later stating that I was waiting on the estimate. Never got a call back from anyone . Wasted a week of my time. Very unprofessional .

Blake was amazing. This is not the first time that I have used Capps. I will say I had other offers that were lower but I knew the quality of Capps and we went with our gut. Thank goodness. Once the guys got in there, they realized that the work was more involved than the original estimate. This is where the gut pays off. My price did not change. There was a section of the roof that had to be addressed and the guys at Capps stood by the original estimate. Its rare to find someone that has this level of integrity. They are they only company I will work with and refer.

I was looking for a local company that I could trust. My experience from start to finish was exceptional. I have done several renovations and re-roofs before but none went as smooth as this one. Capps employees and crews were prompt and proficient. My property was kept extremely clean throughout the construction process. I cannot say enough about Blake Capps and his company! Excellent. Capps Roofing sent out a team of people who spent a lot of time in my very hot attic, which turned out to be not a roof leak, but a skylight leak. They replaced the skylight, and problem solved. I will definitely use them again.

Though it took a little while to get on their calendar, the work was performed quickly, professionally and with the utmost quality. They did a great job keeping the house and yard clean, and were very respectful of both the HOA constraints and my time frame for completion. When we had a horrible rain storm a couple of weeks later, they came out immediately to address a minor leak we discovered in the master bath. They fixed the flashing around our roof vent, and we couldn't be happier. Their responsiveness and customer service are second to none. We highly recommend Blake and his team at Capp's roofing.

Capps Roofing is an outstanding company. The were extremely timely in responding to my request for a quotation and the subsequent submission of the quote. They were not the lowest quote; HOWEVER, their quote was a TOTAL PRICE for the job no matter what they found when the roof was removed. All the other companies included an allowance for plywood and other expenses; but, Capps was a total price. They took the risk regarding issue which might present themselves during the job. This peace of mind was extremely important in my selection of vendors and I felt that it was worth the higher price - which was only 5% - 7% higher than the other companies. All contact with the local building departments was handled by the company. The job itself was performed professionally and in a timely manner. There was no disruption to our enjoyment of the property and the job site was cleaned every day. They finished quickly and we are very satisfied with the job - with both jobs.

The work was performed exactly as agreed upon, and by the time agreed on in the contract. The finished roof is beautiful. I am very pleased with the job they did, and would certainly hire them again.

By mutual agreement I have removed my comments so they will cooperate with me in transferring the job to another contractor.

Capps would not charge me anything, they said they didn't do enough to warrant a charge........I tried to give him money but he wouldn't take it......if I ever need roof repairs, I will call Capps

Everyone was very professional and pleasant to deal with. They did excellent work; and on time. When the roof was done, we noticed one minor issue that we asked them to look at, to see if they thought it might be a problem. They could easily have tried to tell us it was no problem. But in stead, when they looked at it they agreed that it looked a little odd and, without any hesitation, they removed the new shingles in the area in question, replaced some plywood that was a little warped, and then replaced the shingles - all at no extra charge.

A very nice guy came out and identified one roof leak. He was very professional and punctual. I asked him to give me a ball park figure. He said that was not up to him, however, I wanted a rough one and he said about $2500. When the estimate came in my email is was $3500. I therefore, got a second opinion from another Angie's list roofer (Pace Roofing). Their estimate came in way under and they also identified another leak . So I used them instead. It always pays to get a second opinion. In addition, I gave them an Angie's coupon for $100 off. They never mentioned it in their proposal and given that this type of work is not fixed price I don't think the coupon was worth the ink and paper I used to print it.

I have used Capps in the past, and they did a good job. In this case, I needed a roof repair for a home, but the estimate was outrageous. Another roofer who I have used before was one third the price. Can't say for sure it was the exact same service. I tried again, this time for my office. Again, the price was through the roof for a very small repair. Difficult to say for sure if the value was there, but I would for sure get at least a couple of other estimates.

They did not want to bid. They came out and looked at it and decided not to bid the project. They didn't give a reason, they just sent an email that said they wished not to bid the work. I called them back and they gave me an answer but the answer was just saying we don't want to do the work. I think the answer really is it is only a few thousand dollars and we are looking for big jobs. They were on time and punctual and came out quickly. I was disappointed that they didn't want to offer for the job.

Very well. In both instances they did a good job and were professional. Their contracts said they had a 12 month warranty. We had a minor leak occur right around Christmas. We called Capps. They promptly came out and repaired it at no charge, without mentioning anything about the warranty. We definitely recommend them to others.
