Capps Roofing

The crews removed the metal roof panels, removed and replaced the damaged tongue and groove wood and reinstalled the metal panels. During the repair process it was determined that portions of the original installation that was performed by another company was improper and was the cause of the leak. Capp's Roofing did additional work to correct the faulty original installation that was beyond the original proposal at no additional charge. I strongly recommend Capp's Roofing and would use them again if I developed another problem.

Capps recently bid and completed a roofing job for us on our garage shingled roof. We had an odd situation with 'fake parapets' on façade of our garage that had caused some leaking from the day the garage was built! All the Capps employees were polite, prompt, efficient, and we are so happy that we hired this company for our garage job that was 'out of the ordinary'. They have some very hard working employees and cleaned up very well. Capps handled the 'punch list' very professionally and we couldn't be happier as to the result. Thanks to all employees for the great job we received.

Everything went amazingly well. Estimate was done in a timely manner, and at a fair price. Workers arrived on time, they were courteous, professional, and hard workers. They completed the job in 2 days. They were very clean and everything was picked up and cleaned. I was very happy not to have to clean up. I was very happy with their services and would definitely hire them again and highly recommend them to my family and friends.

Very smooth... no major issues. As with any major job, I would always recommend the owner or responsible/knowledgeable person be present during work. General foreman and the crews were great! and very responsive (Steve), but office personnel did not return calls/emails in a prompt or business like manner, hence the reason for a fair rating on responsiveness. In fact the office phone ALWAYS went to voice mail. However... in all fairness, I did not know how busy they are... so I can only reflect my personal experience and I must add, NEVER was the job or work affected. Clean up was excellent!! From start to finish.... 5 days including inspections and cleanup. Large but simple roof, 3 valleys, 3 sky lights, no roof venting, plywood did not need renailing, peel and stick on first day, never was the roof without cover over night, no facia replaced (all good), some plywood replaced (very little), all aperture roof venting on the panel flat to avoid leaks (nothing on the V), quality fasteners throughout. I'd rate Capps a solid 9 out of 10.

The roof work was completed in a three day period. The individuals that worked with us to solve the problem were true professionals and some of the best people we have had work on our home.

First things first...It is difficult to put into words the WONDERFUL job Capps provided! I would like to clone their business model and infuse it into several of my clients and other contractor's I have to do business with. Their crews came each morning with great attitudes, worked hard, and then CLEANED UP before leaving. This was my second time putting a roof on a home and I dreaded the mess...NO MESS! The work is beautiful and even when a few issues came up, they were handled quickly and professionally. We will be building a barn in about 4 months and I plan on having them back to do a matching rood. YOU MUST GIVE THESE GUYS A CALL.. you will not be disappointed!

Absolutely perfect. Capps' entire team is very polite, extremely talented, and went far and above what was called for in the contract. I have nothing but praise for this roofer ... the job was started when scheduled and proceeded extremely smooth and trouble-free. My property was kept very clean throughout the process and I could not be more pleased with Capps.

We contacted them and they came out and were very professional. We had a storm in our development and there was quite a bit of damage to the roof in the area. As it turned out our insurance company inspected our roof and it looked like it was in good shape. Capps was very professional and if I was ever going to have someone do repairs they probably would be at the top of the list.

I hired Capps Roofing for a total re-roof in Feb of 2014. They shot 100's of nails through my patio ceiling. I had a beautiful tongue and groove ceiling with exposed beams which because of their carelessness they destroyed in a matter of minutes. To fix their error, they ended up installing boards on the bottom of my beams which lowered the ceiling height by 10 inches, but I lived with it. After the job was complete they pressured me multiple times to give them a review on Angieslist. Had I given them a review, it would have been negative so ignored their high pressure tactics of leaving a positive Angieslist review. In January of 2017, I gave Capps a 2nd chance, I asked them to quote me on a flat roof replacement for a rental property that I manage. I guess because it wasn't a total re-roof they blew me off and never returned my calls because it was a smaller job. I coordinate repairs on properties for a living. It's of my opinion that there are many other more professional company's to choose from. The reason Capps has so many Angieslist reviews is they pressure clients to leave a review.

Phenomenal, one price for the entire job. Blake and Roy answered all questions promptly. the crew did an awesome job on the roof and with clean up daily. The roof is better then when it was new more detail and finished. With permits and inspection 2 and 1/2 weeks start to finish.

EXCELLENT!! Capps roofing was extremely professional all the way thru the process - from the detailed and accurate quote to the final installation and clean up. We were impressed with how efficient the crew removed the old roof while keeping the groups clean and protecting the lawn and shrubs. We had a surprise with the AC ducts when the roof was removed and discovered they needed to be replaced. Capps roofing was willing to work with our AC crew and coordinate the roof install around the ducts replacment. Truly above and beyond what they needed to do!! Overall -- excellent service, professionalism, and product I highly recommend Capps Roofing!
