3 T's Irrigation and Pavers

3 T's, (Chris Towle), inspected and made repairs to the irrigation system. Connecting the drip line to our Front Door planter could not be completed because Chris did not have the proper part to make the connection. He stated the charge would be $100 including returning with the part and completing the project. After waiting approximately one week I reached out via text and ask when he would return to finish the job. We have never heard back from him. I have sent several texts, voice mails, and an email, but we have been ignored. I believe that with the correct part finishing the job would be easy and not take long to do. We are requesting that 3 T's finish the job that they were paid to do. It has been 3 1/2 weeks since he was here leading us to believe we have been blown off. They should honor the commitment that Chris made to return and complete the job.

March, 2025: Requested irrigation specialists from Angi. Selected 3-T Irrigation and Pavers which gave an estimate for a new pump. April 9, Chris installed a new irrigation pump with a 1-year warranty. I paid him 900.00, the agreed upon price. Saturday May 17. The pump is not working.; I text Chris He asks for my address but my phone is off. Saturday, May 17. text him my address Friday, May 23, text my address again Sometime after this, he fixes the pump, but it breaks down again. Tuesday, June 11 he is scheduled to fix the pump, but it rains in the afternoon Friday, June 13 I text to ask if he can come Monday, June 16 He comes out to install a check value & fix the pump. He thinks it might be the check value so he digs to the pipers, but there is no valve. I offer to pay him to install a valve as that seems beyond our original work. Tuesday June 17 I tell him the pump is working. but it is running through several cycles & I had to manually shut it off. He promises to come the next day to fill in the dirt & cover the pipes. Wednesday, June 18, He does not come. Monday, June 23 . He still has not yet come. I text him to tell him that the sprinklers came on, but that they ran from 5:00 to 10:30 when I turned them off. He did not respond, Tuesday, July 1 I text him to tell him I'm not happy that he has not returned to cover the pipes; in fact I'm disappointed since he was referred by Angi. Monday, July 6 I send him a picture with the dug up backyard, and ask him to fill in the dirt. He did not respond. Wednesday, June 9. I text him to tell him that the pump has stopped again. Maybe we should get a new pump since it is still under warranty. I am awaiting his response.

3T's Chris called me back promptly, showed up on time, replaced the pump quickly and professionally. I am very, very pleased with him and his service. Sprinklers now are operating great.

The new pavers are very nice. It was a pleasure working with 3T's I will be using them again.

They were amazing ..they replaced my entire irrigation system..we initially discussed various options , once agreed he was timely , neat , respectful and solved all issues..(and stuck to the budget) I would highly recommend them for all of your paving and irrigation needs.
