I felt he did a good job with the work he did but I did not expect to have to pay for the addition service as it was perform within the 1 hr I had paid for but I paid anyway just happy to have the other issues resolved.
The installation of the ceiling fan went well. In regards to the tri-way switch, I did not go as expected from a professional. He replaced a switch and rewire all the wires. Apparently everything was OK, until I turn on the light and I was not able to turn it off. The light on the bottom of the stairs remains on 24 hrs, I have no control to turn it off. I had problems with that switch before but was able to turn off all the lights, right now I have control over two of the three lights as one is lighted at all times.
I place several phone calls to Osmani, when I told him what happened he told me that everything was Ok when he left, I told him that something was not right as the light is on all time, he asked me to turn off the ceiling fan which I had tried everything. He asked me to call him once I get home as I told him that I was working until 3 pm, he told me to call him once I get home, which I did. It did not surprise me that he was to complicated to come over to my place to fix a problem. I left him a message, guessing if I don't call we wont call me back. Just a courtesy to look in to see what is wrong is to much to ask. I will not waste my time calling him as his company claimed to be professional. I will have to file a complaint because that is the way to deal with these kind of people.
I would not recommend him or his company.
