I paid more because I did have to do more. They had a fair price. They didn't stick to the right price even though I did ask them to do an extra. I'm not sure if I would use them again.

But your carpet does have an application of stain resistant, In which we use Scotchgard 3m and has a value of $39.00. Closet left soaked. I have treid suctioning water for multiple days on end with no success. Now I am getting mold.

I don"t understand how your closet was soaked and the rest of the area is not. you must have a leak sipping in to your closet. Our warranty is for 5 days , if you are not happy we within the 5 days , we redo the job at no extra charge."

The servicemen were nice. The carpet in my bedroom was not as clean as I would have liked it to be (pink carpet) . I called once after the first cleaning, and the company had someone come back out the following day to re-clean the carpet in my room and after it dried, I still found dirt in the corners of my room and underlined dirt throughout the carpet. The carpet cleaning in the other two rooms were ok are far as I can tell those are darker colored carpets ( rust and black).
My experience with the personnel was fine. I am not pleased with my room's carpet cleaning.

"Thank you for letting us service your home. I read your notes and your carpet was very soiled and had poor care. We went a second time and did the job all over at no cost to you. But understand that carpet manufactures have their guidelines and recommendation. If the customer doesn't keep up the maintenance and cleaning as the rug manufacture recommends.You cannot expect the rug to come out new if you spend years without cleaning. The traffic areas are not going to come out as well as the rest of the carpet. The carpet cleaning company does not offer magic solutions, it offers Deep Steam Cleaning with the best products. We guarantee our work and ask the customer upon finishing if they like it or if there's a spot that they did not like."
