Overall, great experience. My sales rep Malena answered all my questions regarding the different impact products they offered. We had both impact windows and doors installed in my house. I like the price they offered. Just a heads up, they are pretty expensive, but they are quality products.

I was looking for a company with great impact products and beautiful designs. I previously got 2 quotes before I received Prestige's quote. Even though the price was a little higher than I wanted, I'm happy with my windows. They are beautiful and the installers were very clean and professional.

The crew was professional from top to bottom. In reviewing the product, I got great quality, great craftsmanship the best price.

The work and the professionalism was impeccable. They were very professional, on time if I had a question or any problem they were there to fix it right away. If there was a problem they came back and fixed it it was amazing work I would recommend this company for all your services, my doors are magnificent by the way so worth the money.

Minor issues that owner personally resolved. 100% satisfied upon completion. After one 8 months the Product is as new. The final finish of the stucco patch perfect punch out easy and complete. Make sure you understand the process, document to facilitate and questions be on site . This company encourages you to monitor the process.

From the sales process through installation, everything went very well. Excellent communication throughout the process. Quality product at a reasonable price. I did my homework comparing different brands and various other companies and Prestige Windows and Doors put their best foot forward immediately telling me what they could and could not do. Installation team were punctual, hard working, cleaned-up and got the job done quickly. I highly recommend them.

My wife and I just had 12 windows and a double front door installed by Prestige Windows and Doors. We would like to give you some input on the performance of this company. Everyone we dealt with was GREAT! Our Sales person was Michal, and she was prompt with her appointment times, knew her product, and kept to her commitments. Ashley was great with her emails, and was also able to switch an installer team over to us at the last minute because our team was held up by an inspection delay. The crew that delivered our windows and door were excellent, and very careful not to damage any of the windows. Ernesto was our installer, and he and his crew were very thorough and professional. They did everything possible to minimize the amount of dirt and dust that got into the rest of our house. Ernesto only speaks a little English, but was certainly able to communicate with me with respect to doing what I wanted done on the installation. Removing all the stickers and a quick clean of all the windows was also a big plus! We also dealt with your excellent Field Manager, Sergio, who did a thorough “walk through” to ensure that we were happy with the complete installation. All in all, everyone we dealt with was a true professional! We were very impressed with their service, and will certainly strongly recommend your company to our friends! Excellent. The installers were knowledgeable and professional. Although Prestige was not the overall lowest bid, they offered the best service for the dollar (i.e., cost effectiveness). For,example, our home is historic (built in 1922), when discussing the installation, they knew exactly how to address the historic nature of the installation. We are presently considering replacing our backdoor with an impact /hurricane rated door, we will use Prestige Windows and Doors for this work.

Excellent. I'm a Professional Engineer and as such, I am generally demanding of contractor's we hire to do work at our home (just like in my profession). Prestige exceeded my expectation. The project included the replacement of over 60 circa 1924 casement windows in our house. The original windows due to the their vintage were not contemporary standard sizes. Their representatives worked with us to come up with a replacement plan to our satisfaction making several trips to the site (our home) to double check everything. Their installation crew was well acquainted with the work, professional at all times, and the wall restoration and cleanup were above par. They were very responsive to my inquiries as the work progressed (I can be a bit of a pain), and the work was completed ahead of schedule. The product itself (CGI Impact Windows) is excellent. All in all, we are more than satisfied. i rate this contractor A++.

It was a great experience. Positive from my initial meeting with their rep all the way through completion. When I replace remaining windows, I’ll do so through Prestige. On-time, hardworking, honest. Windows and doors look fantastic. And the installers went above and beyond.

This company is fantastic. I finished installing windows with them this week and they did a tremendous job. They explained the process clearly, and were very friendly and helpful every step of the way. They prices were also very competitive. I highly recommend them.

Joe the salesman was very down to earth. Easy to talk to. Discount for cash payment. Price was similar to five other companies we received quotes from. Delivery driver arrived earlier than scheduled which had us running to move stuff. But he was very nice and patient. The installers were the nicest people. Harold is very professional and has such pride in his work. The work was impeccable. We had two door that were difficult and needed extra repairing. Harold went above and beyond to make it perfect. 15 windows 2 doors and bar removal.

I had my impact windows put in last September and I am still extremely satisfied with Prestige Windows and Doors. From placing my order, all the way to delivery, I was informed every step of the way. The entire process was seamless. Moreover, the service that my installers Ronald and Jose provided was absolutely great. They were punctual, professional and very clean! Very high quality work. I hired Prestige Windows and Doors to install Hurricane impact egress windows throughout my entire house. In addition, they replaced my sliding door to a French door and my front door for a more aesthetically pleasing door. The did an amazing job. The team was very professional, efficient and friendly. They walked us through the entire process and met their deadline with minimal disruption.

Got impact windows and doors on my 2nd floor and 1st floor. Have had them for a couple of years now and have not had any issues with them.

We have only positive things to say about Prestige Windows. Everything the sales person said turned out to be accurate/true. The installers knew their stuff. It seemed every window opening had a different problem but they solved every one without delay. Everything about their operation was professional and I give them an unqualified recommendation.
