Description of Work: I called this company 35 hours ago for emergency service. They advertise under the name "Metrowest Rooter Plumbing" ([*** Link removed ***] 911.com) and say they provide fast service 24/7. A very professional sounding woman took my phone number and said someone would call me back. I was afraid to leave the house and miss the call. No one ever called. Many hours later, I phone Roto-Rooter, and someone was here within the hour. 911 Plumbers has still not called me back.
