None of the crew spoke english, had to call back service 2 times to interpret, clearly they did not understand what I was trying to emphasize
Rushed the job since they underestimated the job and gave it 1.5 hours instead of the 2-3 hours it should have taken
Nearly they broke the blinds in their frenzy rush of cleaning
I was called while they were there stating I would have to pay extra since it was a longer job than they estimated placing the blame and fault with me, the customer.
"Very sorry about your impression on our service, seems like the phone conversation we had with you before the cleaning was not clear enough, however we sent you an electronic document where you had the option to limit the amount of money you wanted to approve for the cleaning. You choose the lower end of the estimate and unfortunately it was short for just $15 which is what you paid extra when we called to request your ok. About the arrival time we promised you the first stop of the day between 8:30 AM and 9:00 AM, the crew arrived within that narrow time margin we gave you , unfortunately we can not promise a sharp time due to trafiic situations. About the language limitations we unfortunately could not send a bilingual supervisor for your cleaning but the solution was given by interpretation over the phone with our office staff. We tried reaching you by phone to talk about the issues with you and hope you are able to call us back to discuss the issues you had. Thank you very much for your feed back we really appreciate it and hope we are able in the near future to fullfil your needs."
"We are very sorry you felt our attention was not what you expected, you did not book the service yourself but your mother who was informed in detail about our service and she was given a time frame between 12 and 3 PM arrival time, she was ok with that and even mentioned : "the later, the better". We would love to give you the opportunity to really try our service , so please call us back and we will work with you to schedule your cleaning as soon as you need it."
Very professional company that has been very receptive and responsive to my needs. So, very exceptional in this regard
Cleaning wise, things are good. Some dust in left in areas (I suppose no one will clean it as perfectly as the owner) but I would say they do the key areas well. Especially the kitchen. So, I continue to use them.
After inspecting the master bathroom, I found that the medicine cabinets had been totally emptied and cleaned, not leaving time to clean the guest bath.
I have given the company my feedback.
Re-Clean on Friday, November 16, 2012:
Maid Brigade offered a re-clean that I reluctantly accepted. The ladies just left and they did an amazing job. I am amazed that they were able to clean as much as they did, in the time allotted.

Update 11/17/2012
I had not read the note from the company when I updated this review. Maid Brigade said, "Since the areas that were cleaned were done properly it shows that our quality is up to par." I want to make it clear that the first cleaning was NOT done properly. However, I was happy with the re-clean.
"We are very sorry about the outcome with the guest bathroom cleaning, as we expressed the customers in the $99 priority cleaning case , we need to have a good communication about the priorities that need to be considered. The time allocated might not be enough to clean the entire house therefore we need to know those areas to be done first so we make sure there is enough time, also there is always the option to add extra time to the cleaning and make sure everything is done to satisfaction. Since the areas that were cleaned were done properly it shows that our quality is up to par and request an opportunity to come again and clean your house , please call as we have an especial deal for you . Thank you for using Maid Brigade"

However it is difficult sometimes to be 100% accurate on that since employees have their own family and personal situations to take care and we do our best to help them as well with their needs. We do work hard on our hiring and training process to ensure consistency in our work. To make sure you can trust our employees we have a very strict selection process and constant background checks. Furthermore our company is properly bonded and insured as per our nation wide policy that covers over 400 locations. One last thing : please remember we have being in business for 19 years in the area."
