"Client purchases part on his own and when it doesnt work as expected he gets upset. We didnt purchase the part therefore cant guarantee its functionality. Client tries to charge back for the trip charge through his credit card. Cc co. sides with us. -"
"The service call was for a Viking double wall oven that was inoperable; repaired. The client asked us to replace the glass on their cooktop. There was one glass left in the US and explained that Bosch does not accept returns. The cooktop was more than just a crack but shattered. WeI unfortunately could not try the unit before changing out the glass as it missing pieces and not safe to do so.. The glass top was a simple swap of just a few screws. When the cooktop would not respond afterthefact our tech ran multiple tests leading to the display board. The client did not want to repair but requested that we write up an FPL claim to be generated inorder to cash in on a broken cooktop. As a curtsey we tried reaching out to have Bosch take back the glass but stoped trying when the husband decided days later to write a negative review. Yes we installed an ice maker as the previous one was peeling from age making it toxic and nevertheless needed to be replaced. They had the unit out in the open. I explained that the ice maker worked mechanically but needed to work on its own relying on the units sensors. The client's husband didn't want us to come back. We cannot control clients nor their need to lash out. The monies paid included an extensive oven repair. ** to note we never meet the husband not was the husband ever apart of the repairing process. He decided to write a review based on emotion rather than fact. We as a company were onetime. All the money paid was the cost of parts plus a dios fee. We never charged for labor. Customer service was on point, As a Bosch factory certified company we did all we could do. We elected to stop working with the client as soon as they wrote this review."
