After multiple hired services, I found Home appliance repair to repair my Miele coffee machine. The tech had parts on hand which was great as the other company said parts were back ordered due to COVID. The technician removed and repaired, explained each step as he was repairing. When finished repairing he went over the machine in detai.l. Would recommend.

Please do not contact Jared Kerbel or the home appliance repair group. After doing the smallest amount of research you will find that Kerbel takes money from your credit card, falsifying a college diploma, etc. The real business is not appliances, He takes items from your home. While appliance knowledge is remedial at best, the second you turn your back he will take right from you. Jared is the only employee of the company and furthermore is the owner. Please take my advice and do not allow this man into your home or office, you will regret it.

Beware of this company. They will charge you service calls etc, and they will NOT repair your appliance. This is a disaster of a company. Always late.

They are part changers at best. 2 trips out $500 spent still have the same code I started with. I spoke to manufacture, and they said it was not the first complaint about this company. There are a lot of good repair companies out there. I would use anyone but these people.

I would not hesitate to recommend this company at all. The service technician was extremely professional, knowledable and had a can do attitude. I have had other companies come out and they never fixed the problem. I highly recommend Home Appliance Repair Group

We chose this company (which actually seems to employ only one person: Jared) based on the favorable reviews on this website. Well there is no other way to explain this other than that this was a nightmare experience. The glass on our cooktop stove developed a crack but was functioning perfectly. Jared brought a new glass to install over the cooktop. While he was replacing the glass, the stove suddenly stopped working. He could not explain what had happened, apologized but said that the new glass could not be returned and we still had to pay $500 for it. And we would need to buy an entire new stovetop which costs $2000!, At same time, he replaced ice maker in refrigerator which wasn't working. After he replaced it, my wife pointed out that it still did not seem to be working. He said that it would start working in several hours. Well, ice maker still does not work. When we contacted him, his response was that we need to check our water. Does that mean the ice maker was not actually broken and the problem is the water supply or that the ice maker we replaced was broken and coincidentally there was also a problem with water? The latter would be a coincidence that would be hard to believe and still does not explain why he didn't fix the problem. I wasn't home at the time, so my wife paid the $736 for this "service". Now we have to buy a new stove and call someone else to fix ice maker.Truly, hard to believe this could have happened to us.

"The service call was for a Viking double wall oven that was inoperable; repaired. The client asked us to replace the glass on their cooktop. There was one glass left in the US and explained that Bosch does not accept returns. The cooktop was more than just a crack but shattered. WeI unfortunately could not try the unit before changing out the glass as it missing pieces and not safe to do so.. The glass top was a simple swap of just a few screws. When the cooktop would not respond afterthefact our tech ran multiple tests leading to the display board. The client did not want to repair but requested that we write up an FPL claim to be generated inorder to cash in on a broken cooktop. As a curtsey we tried reaching out to have Bosch take back the glass but stoped trying when the husband decided days later to write a negative review. Yes we installed an ice maker as the previous one was peeling from age making it toxic and nevertheless needed to be replaced. They had the unit out in the open. I explained that the ice maker worked mechanically but needed to work on its own relying on the units sensors. The client's husband didn't want us to come back. We cannot control clients nor their need to lash out. The monies paid included an extensive oven repair. ** to note we never meet the husband not was the husband ever apart of the repairing process. He decided to write a review based on emotion rather than fact. We as a company were onetime. All the money paid was the cost of parts plus a dios fee. We never charged for labor. Customer service was on point, As a Bosch factory certified company we did all we could do. We elected to stop working with the client as soon as they wrote this review."

I contacted this company after no other company serviced high end appliances. The person that answered the phone had a tech in the area come to my home in mins which was a big plus. The tech showed me what I was doing wrong with my machine and why I made it fail ( my mistake). The tech in the end didn't charge me which was super nice. I would recommend this company to anyone with european appliances.

I highly recommend this company! This was an emergency job, This company not only answered my call but came over within the hour. The tech was professional and knowledgeable, He repaired my dishwasher expeditiously and then explained to my wife and I what we were doing wrong. After he was done he explained to us how to properly maintain our other appliances so they too wouldn't fail. We will be using this company for all of our appliance repair needs.

Jared new exactly where to look for the problem and went about the work methodically, eliminating items as he went along and finally pinning it down to two possibilities. We tried the first less costly possibility and it seems to be working perfectly. He's knowledgeable, explains what's going on and does excellent work. As a bonus, he said that we had a certain type of dishwasher and he took extra time to explain to us some preventative maintenance procedures. All in all a delightful experience and we would hire him again for any appliance that needs repairs.

Very responsive! Initial charge for service call (which was applied to the repair) was $20 more expensive than everyone else quoted, which gave me pause at first (He came off as a bit over-confident)...Answered inquiry so quickly he didn't actually even read what the service request was for, so I started from scratch on the phone. Still - well worth small aggravations to have appliances serviced by knowledgeable, articulate technician. He was able to diagnose the issues, explain what action was necessary to affect a repair, and tell me what to do to avoid the problem again in the future. He even suggested other (preventative) maintenance tips. Everything is working beautifully! Thank you!

Terrible!!! actually wanted the customer to go to Home Depot to get supplies. Left connections leaking and drainage on floor rather than clean it up before he left. Had to threaten him in order to get him to come back and clean up the mess. Also, he didn't fix the problem. Ended up having to purchase a new washing machine (which I told him at the beginning could be an option). He said washing machine was fine after he checked things out. Obviously needs training. I would never recommend him to anyone.
