Carlos has performed work in our condominium for the past several years. He has worked on our vehicle access gates, our pedestrian gates and our access gate motors. This review is only for the pedestrian gate repair but he has done numerous jobs for us in the past. He always responds promptly. He provides me with an estimate, I authorize it and he performs the work immediately. Our previous gate company was unreliable and would often times have to come back and fix their work, often times trying to charge us again. At no point have we ever had to call Carlos to come back and repair work he's already done. He does it right the first time and stands behind his work. He is professional, prompt, courteous and always gives his best price. I highly recommend him.

They have done good work for us.  They charge for each visit.  Sometimes I do have to call them back for the same issues; but it is like a condo, and the gate has a lot of use back and forth for opening as well as closing, so a lot of time I face the same issues.  Everything went well with this service.  It was very good.  They have been good; but there have been times, when I have to tackle them down because I thought it was the repeat service.  I felt that I should not have even paid for to begin with.
