Give or take a couple of hours, they basically worked when they said they would on the days they committed to but when 'extra' items came up outside of the bid, their prices were way too high. They kinda have you at that point so there was no negotiation. The tile was cut and laid in diamond pattern but they did not properly grout the floor leaving deep, deep creaves so that it actually hurts your feet to walk on. They basically sponged out too much group leaving the sharp edges of the travertine exposed and sharp so it cuts your feet. Additionally, they used our outside hose (which is fine) while cutting the travertine but they sliced through the hose and would not replace it. In fact, they didn't even tell us about the damage. When I realized that night, I sent them an e-mail to which they did not respond and I've sent two since then which they have not responded to. They should replace the hose without question. I feel I paid too much for the work quality and the damage done but at least they finished the job and didn't leave a huge mess.
