They are professional on all levels, punctual , clean. They go above and beyond. I have tried 4 different companies with the same result - pricey and poor work . I used to manage a apartment building. So I have had several contractors and I know quality when I see and experience it. I am so happy to STOP my search for a reputable company - AMEN !. Professional and courteous. I was provided with quotes for several brands as well as financing options for each. I was also provided with a copy of the state license as well as the proof of insurance. Once the contract was signed, the project moved quickly. No drama. the team worked well together, brought in the ac, installed and cleaned up in one day. When the building inspector came for the final inspection, he told me that they had done a wonderful job on the install. Always good to get that kind of feedback. It was really a very good experience. Would recommend highly.

Expedite response from my crashed A/C (dead) in the middle of summer time in Miami (hot and humid) and staying home due to Covid-19 and a family of 4 people. Quick response from first call, assertive evaluations, timely recommendations, detailed quote and finance options provided same day. Almost 24 hours after evaluation they started and completed a very professional new installation (Saturday morning), well equipped, performing with full attention to details, very respectful and nice crew. We slept like babies after 3 nights with our 17 years old broken A/C. Very thankful to Yudel Cubillas (owner) and teamwork you save the day for us. I fully recommended.

Outstanding customer service. I hired them through the HomeAdvisor app. I got a call within minutes of them accepting my service request and had 5 estimates for different water source condo heat pump units within an hour. All of this was on a Sunday morning! They offered to install the next day, but that didn't work for my schedule so they installed the day after. Other companies I attempted to get estimates from were slow to respond or didn't answer their phones on the weekend. Competitive prices too! Highly recommended.

I'm a contractor in Texas with a condo in Miami Beach. I interviewed several AC contractors and Yudel stood out. He wasn't the cheapest but his price was reasonable. He was easy to communicate with via text , email and phone. There were some issues with installation but Yudel immediately handled them. I highly recommend.
