Do not trust this company. I had annual maintenance performed and was told everything looked good, however, the unit did not turn on at all when the technician left. When he came back the following day, he said the motor was broken -- funny how I had no problems before he touched the unit, and how this was not mentioned to me during the original appointment. He says he heard a noise but it had gone away. The technician went outside to call the company then told me they would call me and left. The company did not call me, so I called them and spoke to a man who told me it would be $800 to fix the unit. I told him I paid for a service and ended up with a broken unit, and he said he had to call the technician, despite just having just spoken to him. He said he would call me back and he never did. I made several attempts to call and sent an email to customer service and still -- 5 days later I have not received a response via phone or email. I was left with no A/C on a weekend and had to hire someone on a Saturday to fix my issue. I discovered a slew of other issues with not cleaning the unit properly, etc., through this new technician. This company preys on people who just call the number on the sticker on their unit for service and trust that it's the right thing to do. They do not care about you - they just want your money.

It went very well tech was very polite and professional. he explained everything he was doing. I will call again for there service and recommend them to my friends.

Al told me a technician would visit between 12 and 2. Al called me about noon and said that the technician was on his way. He arrived promptly, identified the problem and fixed the unit. Very professional, great communication, and a real desire to please the customer. The service was just as good as when I purchased a whole new unit. I have found a company that I can trust. That means everything.

I usually get a reminder notice with a coupon that's usually $75. They were the ones that installed the unit for me. The first 2 or 3 years was to maintain the warranty coverage and since then it was just because they know the equipment and I haven't had any issues with them. They do offer online appointments. I had to call them back on one occasion.

It went very well. We were very pleased. They arrived on time, they did the work that they promised to do and cleaned up after themselves. Our new air conditioner seems to be working well.

after just a couple of minutes, the only solution was to change the whole ac unit (inside and outside). Tech said the unit had R22 refrigerant despite the large sticker on the outside stating R-410. Also, after checking inside unit's coil, said it was leaking refrigerant and it was a loss. Unable to correctly read manufacturer's label. Stating uni was 12 years old when in fact it is only 3. The only thing this service wanted to do was replace the whole ac unit quoting $3,000. Not professional or ethical by any means. The only thing wrong with my unit was it needed 2 lbs of refrigerant,,,,,,,,

I received a flyer from this company amongst others. I compared prices and all were close. I checked the BBB and there were no negative comments. I decided to use this company and I'm glad I did. From the first phone call to the installation, everything was perfect. Very refreshing to se this type of service nowadays.

I requested a quote from 3 different vendors. Alfred Alvarez himself, owner of Central Air, came to my house and not only provided a good quote but clearly was the most passionate and qualified individual and knowledgable about the product he was selling. His hands showed he worked on what he was selling. He was not pushy and was very flexible on adjusting the cost to be more competitive and get the business. The installation was done very professionally and they have provided the yearly service with great quality and responsiveness. I highly recommend Alfred and his business.

Well, they were on time, professional, and courteous. They gave me a better quote than another company. Plus. they were already selected by my complex to do servicing. I had a previous encounter with this company with no problems. The work was done to my satisfaction. They let me know what they were doing, and asked me before entering different parts of my home. Will use them again in the future.

The workers showed up on time and were very professional. They had unforeseen complications with the electrical connections but they stuck with it until they had it resolved. I had to call them back a week later because of a leak in the refrigerant gas. Again their worker showed up promptly and resolved the issue quickly. I was very pleased with the outcome as were my tenants.

Their price was reasonable. They came in a timely manner and performed work. They explained exactly what the problem was. They came in and did exactly what they said they would be doing. They did a good job. I have no complaints about them. Their quality of work was excellent. I would use them again in the future if needed.

THEY WERE VERY CLEAN AND GOT EVERYTHING DONE IN A TIMELY MANNER. THEY ARE OLD FRIENDS OF MINE FROM SCHOOL AND HAVE DONE GREAT FOR THEMSELVES. I RECOMMEND THEM TO ANYONE.
