Punctuality is not the strong suit, however the actual work and communication outweighed the timing issue. Victor replaced two light fixtures in my backyard that weren't working and installed a motion sensor light as well. I asked a lot of questions and received clear detailed answers to my satisfaction. I would definitely recommend.

I had to bargain the price down t what I felt it was worth. I then made the appointment for the work at 9:30. No one showed up. At 1 p.m. I got a phone call saying he would be here in an hour. He showed up 2 1/2 hours later. As I had to leave, we rescheduled and I said if he didn't show up on time, he would lose the job. The work was ok but I did have to fix several things and do my own clean up. I wouldn't use this service again.

Prompt, courteous service at a very reasonable price. I will definitely use them again, when needing an electrician.

Victor knows his stuff. My project seemed small in the beginning. But on the way a few complications materialized. It took much more time than expected to finish the project. Victor did not complain, did not try to cut corners, and did not ask for more money. His work was thorough and good quality.

First visit to house he was unprepared to do any work (I deducted a half point from 5 stars for this). But, he came the next evening and centered the outlet and installed the light. No one but him & I know that the light will move. This may be poor design by the manufacturer or perhaps it needed to be installed more flush with the wall (I deducted a half point from 5 stars for this).
