Absolutely horrible work, not the color I wanted, was supposed to apply a non slip sealer around pool area and patio they applied a glossy finish, said they could pressure clean it and apply right sealer, pressure cleaning didn’t work and they applied another sealer on top of it, they came back again and applied a sealer with grit in it that looked horrible and wasn’t working. I had giant white spots all over patio where they over applied the grit. They said there was nothing more they could do, so I paid approximately $15,000 for a sub par patio and pool deck. Driveway was so so, missed areas with the color and the cement finish was less than what was expected, paid approximately $13000 for the driveway. Couldn’t communicate with the workers because they only spoke Spanish and we don’t. When ever I would say what I was not happy with, Kenny, the owners son, would say what a wonderful job his guys did. Customer service is just not there for the customer. Driveway and patio pool area started cracking in less than a year from when we hey finished. Would not recommend this company under any circumstances. We are now stuck with spending more money to see if we can find a reputable company to try and fix this mess.

I wanted euro tiles and he did not use the tiles that you wanted.  He did his way rather than mine. A job that should have taken only a month, ended up taking over 2 months.  It was really inconvenient. In the end he went with the wrong color that did not match the roof.  He should have known what I wanted. It was a very messy job.  I'm already having to redo it.
