new shades installed less than a year ago. found the shades on the floor in the bedroom after work today. the shades are virtually unused because the property has not been inhabited since they were installed. called the owner to resolve the issue and he has given every excuse. He has no interest in helping the costumer. He has no interest in finding a resolution. Blames the costumer. Very rude, very unprofessional. Cheap materials for a 3 and a half thousand dollar job. I would not recommend this company. Shocked at the lack of service and no interest in helping the unsatisfied customer. please save yourself time and money and use a different company.
