It went great after getting them to give me a start date. Initial estimate was October 2017, after 7 months of calling and going 2 the office I finally got the contract. And after signing the contract and 5 more months of calling and running 2 the office I finally got a start date. Smooth sailing after all of that.

We were very pleased from start to finish. This was the only company out of 4 who would actually come to the house to give an estimate. The estimator called to schedule an appointment and then again that day when he was in the area. He arrived on time and was very professional. He gave us the estimate for the shutter and then we realized that they install high impact windows, so he gave us a quote for that. The workers arrived on time, completed the job and even took away the old awning. Half of the money was paid when we signed the contract and there was no mention of the remainder until after the inspection when I called to pay the balance. I wish they had offices in Central Florida because I would definitely call them.

Permit pulled back in May 2018. Still waiting for install date. Contacted sales rep multiple times for an update and got no responses. Tried calling directly to company phone and spoke to Janet several times (secretary and the only helpful person in that crew). who left messages to the sales rep, install manager and owner. Still not a word to this day and we are in August!! DO NOT GET YOUR SHUTTERS DONE WITH THEM. TERRIBLE SERVICE.

Awful. It took them six months to deliver my impact windows. I ordered windows in the spring that were not installed until after hurricane Irma. They were unresponsive to my numerous calls and emails for months. I finally had to hire an attorney to send a demand letter. It was a terrible experience.

A & M was excellent on time. Their price was competitive but what really had me was I did not pay any money until the whole job was done and passed inspection. Can not tell you how many installers wanted 50% down and the rest when it was installed but had not passed inspection. A&M is a breath of fresh air. Thanks for a great experience.

Three different teams came to my house (one for each project) and every single worker was courteous, punctual, and did an excellent job. They answered all my question, cleaned after themselves and asked me to check everything to make sure that it was properly done before they left. Everything passed the inspection the first time. (I have several neighbors who told me that it is usually not the case) I had 5 different estimates and they were the second best price. Plus, all the new additions look beautiful.

The team did a good job. The windows are fantastic. It was a big job with 16 openings. They worked all day on the third day to finish - meaning from 9:30 to 10 at night, which was a bit much, but getting the job done in a short amount of time was good.

I highly recommend A&M Hurricane Protection. They are prompt, efficient, friendly, and professional. The sales representative, Jose Caballero, and the installers Juanito and the other gentleman (I forgot his name) were fast and efficient. It was a small job, which most companies are not willing to do, but A&M did do the job. They are based in Dade County, and I am in Broward. Thank you A&M. You certainly know how to please your customers and run a successful business.

I am very happy with my experience with A & M Hurricane Protection company. Alain Manresa was their sales associate that came to my house to give me an estimate. He was on time and very professional. He was well informed and was able to answer all of my questions. The team that came to do the work was very organized and went to work on the install right away. The install was completed in two days. Before they left on completion they cleaned up around my house. Not one bolt or screw was left on the ground. I really appreciated that they put everything back in place on the patio. Everything looks great and best of all the city inspectors passed the work with out having to do any additional fixes. I highly recommend this company.

A&M came out to measure and provided a quote. At contract they took care of the permits and provided whatever the HOA required Install day came. Arrived right on time. Quickly did work and great cleanup. Took away the old shutters. Crew was happy to go over caulk holes. Demonstrated how the shutters work. Company also provides yearly maintenance and will come to close shutters in storm!!! Very good experience

Great! Jose Caballero came for the estimate and had it ready in a few minutes. Once I decided to use their services, they pulled permit in less then a week and were ready to go the following week. They carry inventory so their is no 4-6 extra weeks of waiting. They are ready to go. The crew that came was very professional and competent and very friendly. They did a great job.

They were great and quick. They were the most affordable and very reliable. I informed the providers that in the future, I would want them to temporarily remove my shutters so that a paving company could come out to my home. When I called them a year later, they followed through with their promise and did not charge me.
