Printerpix

I have been trying to order a scrapbook since for 3 months. I spent nearly 14 hours on a wedding scrapbook with labeled pictures and narrative. When I finally finished and put my saved product in my cart, all of the pages were blank. I restarted my computer without results. I called printerpix - 50 minute hold time - who told me their IT department would have it fixed in 72 hours. I checked my cart daily for a week and the content never returned. I called them and hung up after an hour with no answer. I emailed them about the problem. I got a confirmation email that they would respond within 2 days. Nine or 10 days later I emailed again. No response. I called - 40 min wait - and was told that the IT department could not fix it and would I kindly re-do my project. I was livid but what were my options. I re-did 75% of the book but one day when I tried to pull it up to work on it the pictures would not load. I emailed them - no response. I tried several days in a row to no avail. I started another book in case there was something wrong this book in particular. I saved the work. The next day neither the old or the new project would up load. I called them - almost 1 hour wait time - they apologized and asked could I kindly re-do the project. I gave them several unpleasant words. I started the project again but only did a few pages. Sure enough, the next day it would not upload. i emailed them. They returned a confirmation email. (It is now 2 months later and they had yet to respond to any of the previous emails). I called and held on for 1 hour 10 minutes and was told that they were aware of the problem and their IT department was working on it. I requested a refund for the 5 book voucher I had purchased. They refused. They offered to extend them for 1 week. One site did not work for over 1 week and the voucher had expired. I emailed. No response at all this time. I have called them 2 times and hung up after 1 hour 15min and 1 hour 30 minutes. I've emailed daily for the last 3 days. I now have several emails from them ranging over 2 1/2 months stating they have received the email and will respond in less that 2 days.
