My a/c went out on a very hot August evening in Miami. I was panic stricken as I would have to take time off work and I was very worried about the potential cost. I read all of Angie's list reviews at 5:30am. I left messages for several companies. Reeve Air Conditioning called me at 9am and had a technician out here within the hour! I was elated! Bill set to work immediately. I was very impressed with his skill as a diagnostician. He identified the problem in about 5 minutes, had the repair completed, along with some minor free modifications and was out the door in an hour. Not only that, he educated me on all the working parts. He explained that these a/c units in highrises should last 30 years! This was a shock as I'd read how other companies on the A list sold new units to customers and charged large sums of money for repairs. Finally, Reeve Air Conditioning honored my Angies List Membership by giving me half off on the service call fee, this is the fee for coming out. In all, I can't say enough about them, I am very pleased and would recommend them to everyone. I heard they have been in business for 54 years and that their technicians have been in business for at least 20 years!

The quality of service and performance was excellent. The office staff (Coleen) and the technician (Tom) were very courteous, friendly, efficient, and extremely professional. The fee for the services performed was very reasonable and fair. This company will certainly be used in the future for every air conditioning need that arises. A superb company!!

I needed the unit worked on in a condo unit that I am renting. It was difficult to gain access to the rooftop where the actual units are, and the company came out three times, charging me only one service fee, until I could get the rooftop gate unlocked. They even came out twice on one day. At all times, they were patient, professional, and accommodating. Their service was exemplary.

I give them an A+ for everything. They had wonderful installation men that did a good job and everything went wonderfully. I did a lot of research before finding them and one thing that i came up with was that many other companies would have me purchase the product and then install it for me. I wanted a company that would sell me the product and install and I found this with them.

I had used Reeves A/C before, taking advantage of an Angie's List special to have my A/C inspected. At that time I was so impressed with the honesty and integrity of the company that I knew I would call them again if I needed A/C service. There were no surprises and the price was very fair, considering how much the company that I had previously used charges for a similar service. I was very pleased with the service, responsiveness and professionalism of the technician, Ray, and of the office staff, and I am very comfortable knowing that I have a reliable and honest A/C company for any future needs.

It was very positive experience. I had previously hired a separate company for the job, but I didn?t like them at all. Reeve is a family operation, and I really like their customer service. They were conscientious not to make a mess and kept me up-to-date. Also, their pricing was reasonable.

Although the news of having to replace my central AC is tough, I appreciate the technician's honesty in suggesting it rather than fixing the unit as best as he could without any guarantee of success. This is more remarkable in that he did this knowing that I wouldn't necessarily be purchasing an AC from him or using his services to install it. Such a gesture was very selfless and professional of him. He was also punctual, flexible, and friendly.

I was extremely impressed with Tom's extreme knowledge and years of experience and his willingness to share and explain what he was doing. He gave me lots of good tips on the care of the unit and the best filters to use. In addition to the expertise, what really impressed me, and what makes me confident that I will recommend and call Reeve Air Conditioning if I need a/c work in the future, is the honesty that was displayed. As it turned out, my a/c was in good condition and Tom said that there was nothing that needed to be done.
