When (name removed) ,from Crognale Roofing came to my home to give me a quote on the ing roofing leak he quoted 1,050 to do the job. I informed him that I had more roofers coming and that I would get back with him. A few days later I called him and asked if he took credit card and he said yes but it would be a 5% interest charge, I said I had no problem with that he processed to try and bring the price down and I told him I am used to paying the interest. A few days I called him and said he could do the job,but it had to be either 10/4 or 10/5 because that is when I am off and he gave me the date of 10/5. On 10/4 called me at 2 p.m. and said he had a cancelation could he come today; I informed him that I was not at home now and I would be home in about 1hour and half he said okay that he had to go to the shop to get the material and that it would take him sometime, I said okay, at about 4p.m. he called me and said he was at my house,and he was going on the roof to see what needed to be done. I told him I am only 15 minutes away .He knew not to started the work that I wanted to be home and that we had things to talk over. When I was coming around the corner I could see him and a worker doing something that look like corking and that is not what we had verbally discussed in person and on the phone ,because I always have problems in that area. I didn't see any roofing supply in the truck. This is when everything went wrong when started doing whatever, before I got home that is the reason for the dates choose. When I got out of the car one of the workers on the ground asked if he could see the inside garage ceiling and then came of the roof saying he was finished it wasn't a bad job. I said using corking I told him we talked about using metal. He said I wouldn't have any problem with the leak. But i informed him that the pine needle stay there and get wer causing the problem. That is when he ask me how i was going to pay and i said credit card or a credit card check then he kept bringing the price down from 1,050 ,800,to 500 hundredth he ask if i had a check then he ask if i could get cash. He said he had a problem with a check.After we were going back and forwarded his coworker ask if I wanted him to undo what was done and i said yes but that is ask if I could at leadt pay his coworker and not think I did he said 150 ea c h and 50 to do the ceiling so a total of 350 I paid.and the product t o do the ceiling was dry dex. While fixing the ceiling his worker damaged the garage door but they put it back together. They did not fix the leak during that night it rain and he made the leak worsted. So I called and texted him told him the leak was not fixed. All he could say was you did pay me. That I was looking for a free job or a charity. I wouldn't have said how I was paying if I was looking that

Mathew and Jacob were fantastic. The whole thing was explained to me and they did not hesitate to make sure the work was done before it rained again. I had some serious issues and they were able to get the job done a day before Christmas. Very professional and attentive, cleaned up very well. I did not expect such a quick response from any roofer in the Holidays. They will be doing more work for me in the future because I liked their profesionalism and honesty. The work was completed in a timely manner. I will recommend them to my family & friends

Jacob was very friendly, professional and informative. They repaired a leak in the roof and concreted some loose tiles. My only complaint is that they used regular grey cement instead of matching the color of existing roof cement. Also charged me the 3.5% service fee when using a credit card. So on top of the 1,500.00 charged for the job, I paid an additional 52.50.

They gave clear explanations, were prompt & cleaned up the work space when they were done.

They promised to send a Truck to haul away wood/ etc. ( anything I needed to be hauled away-NO SHOW, NO WORD, even after I called & they said they were a little behind because of the RAIN & the “TRUCK to HAUL was already PAID FOR! They are very wonderful caring people, just don’t know what to think now....

Overall Jacob was very professional and straightforward. He just needs to work on following through with his promises.
