Description of Work: I called Watts for an estimate because another company told me I should get a new air conditioner. Joe showed up on time, was friendly and professional, and after looking at my system, he gave me an estimate, but said he didn't see anything wrong with my unit, and suggested I just have it cleaned, since it obviously hadn't been done in a while (the other company supposedly cleaned it a few months ago...) I set up an appointment to have the unit cleaned. The technician showed up over 2 hours late - after an hour and a half, I called the office to find out if he was coming and was told he was 'running late' (a phone call would have been nice.) He was professional, but not very friendly, but he did do a good job cleaning my A/C unit. I would still use Watts again because of the good service.

Description of Work: Our Pediatric office Ac stopped working. Called during after hours on 7/7/2014. Sent Jonathan in the morning. Very professional and methodical. Took the motor and changed one of the broken parts. Got the job done by afternoon. Price is right as well. It was the third time I have used them for there prompt service will use them again. Thanks to Angie's as I used the reviews to call them for the first time.

It was installed 06/13/2014. |The employees were very pleasant and professional. There was no trash left |on the floor. Very clean job. $900.00 |5/7/14 Called Watts after 5:00PM. I had a leak in A/C. Someone came out |immediately and took care of the problem with a pleasant attitude.

Description of Work: I sent an email on Saturday asking if someone could come take a look at my AC. Promptly, on Monday morning I got a phone call to set up a time. I told them that it would have to be after 10.30 and he said they would call me back then. I called them back at 10.30 to ask what time they could make it, and was told there should be technician heading down in an hour (11.30). As I didn't hear anything back from them by 12:15, I called them back to find out what was happening. I was told that the technician was having lunch, and would hear something in 30 minutes. It would have been nice to have gotten a courtesy call letting me know that the service was going to be later than expected. Once again, I waited around for the phone call that never came. As I didn't hear from them after 45 mins, I called and cancelled the service. I was very disappointed with the way it all turned out, especially after the initial prompt contact. I had a few errands to run, and I kept working around their time frame.....which they didn't keep to. It was very frustrating having to wait around and keep calling them back for an update.
