Initially it took some time before he returned my first phone call. Then he was late to our first appointment and it went downhill from there. I like telephone or face to face communication and I shared that with him at our first meeting. After the initial meeting, he did e-mail me twice with questions which I promptly replied to. I called him several times after that and he never responded. Also he was supposed to share with me some information about a mailing house in Georgia and events coming up in Orlando to help my business and never even followed up on any of that. I've been in business in Orlando for over 29 years and I know what it takes to be successful and what clients, especially new clients, expect. He did not deliver at the time of this writing.

"First off, we gave this customer pricing and she said it was too high. We asked her if she would like cost saving alternatives and she did not. We never performed any work for her at all except giving her a quote that she didn't like. We have tried following up and she has not returned our calls or emails. Per Angie's List before you post a review, the information is accurate and true, this review is completely false. The only interaction we had with this customer is presenting a quote and the quote being denied, no work was ever performed."
