The window installation went so well, that I hired
them to install the the other storm protection. All in all Mr. Vanderheyden and his employees were very professional. I would definitely recommend to anyone. KK Panama City, Fl.It was scheduled to be done in a month and a week but once they got here
the work went quickly and smoothly. I on the hand could not stay for the duration because my pets could not handle all the nose."Thank you for the kind words. You were a very nice customer to work with and we regret we were unable to complete the requested repairs. When first contacted by you, our lead installer told us not to pursue the job. He said we should not do repairs to old shutters at all or those not installed by us. However, when you told us you could not find anyone to help we were willing to try to assist you. We traveled a long way and spent considerable time and money trying to get your shutters repaired. From this experience we have learned that sometimes we just have to say no. We try to help our coastal communities as much as possible, especially since so many hurricane shutter businesses went under from the recession and oil spill."
