Matt did a fantastic job! Carpets had several spots and he got them all. They look almost new. He even pointed out two "spots" that he wasn't able to get out without extra treatment - I wouldn't have even known they were there, they were so light.
Matt was very professional. He even called to let me know he was running  "late" - by 5 minutes. 
My husband let him in and I was to arrive at 11:15 to review the work. Matt called me to let me know it was taking longer than estimated so that I wouldn't have to wait around for him. I really appreciated that.
We would definitely recommend Eco Carpet Cleaning to friends and would use them again.

I got a quick response from this vendor. I had to reschedule due to an unforeseen event, and he was very accommodating.  I liked that he used non-toxic products to clean my carpets, but was told that the stain protection product did not come in a non-toxic version. The carpets dried overnight and they felt soft to the touch. Overall, he did a good job and I'd likely use this vendor again.

Matt was very accommodating and extremely flexible when the schedule for our house closing changed at the last minute. He came at 5:00pm on a Saturday and did an excellent job cleaning our carpets. I really liked the fact he used a different method and did not have to saturate the carpets in order to clean them. First he vacuumed all of our rugs and then sprayed the special chemicals down to loosen the dirt. He then used a special machine to work the dirt to the surface and then he vacuumed again. A lot of steps but well worth it! Would hire him again in a heartbeat! And our carpets were dry in an hour or so.

This is the 2nd time I've used Eco and pleased with quality of cleaning, He's uses eco friendly products and it dries really fast.

Whole house carpet cleaning. Low smell, dried quickly, spots removed. Very friendly and professional.
