I hired José to put together my wooden dollhouse. He was a nice man but quit after 15 minutes. Said he didn’t want to look for all of the pieces. After he left he texted me that he still wanted to be paid for two hours because that was his minimum. I compromised and paid him half, $40, even though I don’t think that it was fair. He said it is my fault for not providing enough information. He refused the job and still charged me.

Jose did a great job repairing and replacing the screening on my outdoor patio. I will hire him again for any additional handyman work I need in the future. He's a nice guy and fair.
