Phenomenal! They were less than half the price another service wanted to charge me. The work performed was excellent and they are terrific people to work with.

Does not normally do this kind of repair but was anxious to help. Recommended a location for a part which might fit. I obtained the part which needed modification. Matt made the alterations and fitted the part. Charge very reasonable under the circumstances. It is unusual to find a repair shop which is willing to do more than just fit a standard part..

Garage is busy but they squeezed me in within a couple of days; Repair was done in one day; no wait on parts. Dealing with Emmit's was pleasant.

Service and communications was excellent. Matthew did a great job with the repairs and installations. He told me what needed to be done and what didn't need to be done. He told us that he only did suspension and brakes but took the time to find us someone to help in our area. Very pleasant person and very friendly. They told me they couldn't fix it, but pointed me in the direction of someone who could. He very easily could have had me take my car in and profited off of this, but he didnt. I was very impressed with them. Emmit saved me a ton of money and didn't profit off of the deal.

The service was fantastic, and the staff was the most friendly I had ever meet at a auto service center. Although I did not have any major repairs completed at this garage, I would not hesitate to do so. They seemed very honest with a good price as well.

I took my foreign luxury car to Emmit's for diagnosis. Matt admitted he had never worked on the brand of vehicle but would contact other mechanics and research the issue. Matt examined the vehicle and diagnosed the issue and fixed the problem at a fraction of what the dealership estimated. I did have one issue, when the vehicle was returned. Matt fixed the problem at no charge and remained open late, so that I was able to pick up the vehicle after work. This is the most honest and competent mechanic I have ever experienced and would have no problem recommending him.

We have taken our cars to Emmitt's for the last five years. When we had just moved to the area Matt (the owner) was extremely helpful and honest, performing work on time and compentently. He also told us what he couldn't do, referred us to other businesses and even helped out when we had trouble with the other business. Matt goes out of his way to run an honest service.
