Overall, I am happy with the way they are maintaining our property.

This is the second time I have used Southern Brothers. Communication with the manager was timely. The application was well done. The workers were diligent in the application. All the beds looked good. Further, the driveway was clean when the workers left.

The installation was quickly completed once the weather cooperated. This summer the landscaping in front completes its second year and appears in good shape for the third year growth spurt. The back yard is looking like it too is on track. The few plants that did not survive the first year were immediately replaced at no charge in the front yard. In the back yard we are still in discussion about what would be best to replace those non-survivors as I'm looking at different options. Considering the number of plants installed I think the survival rate is excellent, and the willingness to be flexible with replacements is very appreciated.

Shannon and his crew were very professional. Shannon got back with me promptly and was extremely knowledgeable about the different types of plants I asked about. He came the next day to give me a quote. After I gave a deposit Shannon and his team came out the next week to get started. They took out all the dead grass and plants, fixed my irrigation and planted all my new plants. I decided I wanted rocks instead of bark or mulch. After this was finished they ripped out one of my driveways and had the new concrete poured the same day. They did my second driveway the next day. Once this was completed they redid my brick pavers and sealed them. Shannon was wonderful throughout this whole process. He made himself available whenever I had a question. He made my yard beautiful. I would highly recommend him and his crew.
