The adult men worked well and carefully. The big branches were cleared away well. Many of the small branches near the pool were left on the deck. The young man trimming the overgrown plants and bushes should have been supervised. He cut and pulled out most of my shrimp plants that I had said, "don't cut". He also cut down a large decorative bush with pretty purple berries that was on the front corner of the house. All he left were ugly little stubs of wood. If they leave him home I would hire them again. BUT: COMPANY CALLED NCF TREE SERVICE not SKY FROG FROG TREE SERVICE

Never responded to "request price". I called them a week later to check and the person I spoke to said to send pictures, which I did. Was told that someone would get back with me. Called back several days later to check and was told someone would contact me. Never did. Did not use them.

I had hired an independent arborist to look at the trees as other tree service companies said they needed to be cut down. This ended up not being the case and the aborists recommended Sky Frog do the work. Sky Frog sent out their staff arborist who concurred with what I had been told and had worked with the independent arborist before and repected his assessment of my situation. They wrote up a work order and had an excellent crew come out that knew how to properly execute this type of work. They were incredibly effeceint on time courteous and professional during the entire process. I would use them again and highly recommend them to anyone who wants a truly professional job done on their trees.

Very professional, obviously trained well both in their jobs and in customer service skill. I interviewed several tree services. This company was the only one that submitted proof of workers compensation insurance and liability insurance with their proposal.

Project was done at a busy time in the spring. Scheduled work had to be moved back from morning to afternoon, but was completed within daylight hours. Debris removal took place the next morning and was very competently done. All in all, an excellent result, professionally handled.

SkyFrog was professional, courteous and skilled. First met arborist who explained work that would be done. Later emailed an estimate. Job was scheduled for about a week later. Crew of 5 and bucket truck showed up as scheduled. Workers were all professional and skilled. Did the job beautifully. And the next day sent another truck and worker out who cleaned up every single bit of debris right down to sweeping the sidewalk! SkyFrog probably will not be your lowest estimate, however, you really do get what you pay for in this case. Hire them and you will not be disappointed. We will definitely use them for any of our future tree service.

Never showed up to provide estimate! Actually called to tell me he was on the way but still never showed up! When I called the company the next day to tell them they were losing out on a sale I was told that he would be there within the hour! Again never showed up! 2 days in a row! Unbelievable!

We'd had storms in the area, so it was a few days before I was put on the schedule, but they called to make sure I didn't have storm damage that needed immediate attention. The men came on the appointed day and were done in a couple hours. The foreman walked the yard with me to go over the work, asked a few questions as the work progressed. Completely painless! Perfect!

I was surprised and pleased with how easy the process was. The estimate was given to me shortly after I first contacted the company. The crew arrived as promised and were finished in less than a day including hauling everything away. I would not hesitate to recommend them to others. The only things I could mention that could be improved would be that the heavy trucks left tracks on my lawn but I don't know if that could be avoided. And, unfortunately, the lid on my mailbox had been left open and it had a ton of saw dust in it when I returned home!

Skyfrog came out right away and got me an estimate promptly. They were far less expensive than my last tree job was. My house was undergoing a long exterior renovation so they moved supplies that were in the way. They also moved and replanted a plant so it didn't get crushed. They were fast, left everything very neat, and were very pleasant to work with. I referred a friend and they explained why they didn't recommend cutting those trees. Very honest, fair, and committed to excellence. I will call them again.

The big tree was in our backyard which wasn't very accessible, and was growing very close to our neighbor's fence. Because of the location, they had to climb the tree to work on it. I'm amazed at how they were able to take the tree down with no damage. It had terrible root rot and was dangerous. They also removed 4 other trees that were in trouble, as well as pruned our remaining trees. They were extremely competent, friendly, and efficient. They finished a big job in one day, and they removed all of the debris. I would highly highly recommend this company!!!!!

We requested they come to our home a couple of months ago and give us an estimate to remove some trees. They came out and quoted us a higher price than another company so we opted to go with that other company, of course. Then the other day we thought we would give them another shot and asked for them to give us an estimate on the removal of a large limb and a couple of large tress as we heard they were a great company and very professional. We had scheduled an appointment at 11am as we had to take off of work to meet them to show them which trees and branch we wanted removed. Well, my husband took off and waited at our house for over an hour. No one ever called him. He calls the company thinking they must have gotten caught up at another site. The 'supervisor' gets on the phone and states that the guy came to our house at 9am, took a look at the 'tree debris' and was willing to give us an estimate on that BUT they had been to our house before and they didn't want our business. Say what?? First of all, the estimate was for 2 large trees and a large branch NOT tree debris on the ground. When my husband attempted to explain this to him, he stated they couldn't help us further. I am applaud that this company would do this after hearing out 'professional' they were. I would avoid them at all cost. There are many other businesses in the area that are more professional and are customer-friendly.
