They were punctual and they sent two guys and solved the problems that I had. Their charges were not the cheapest but they were fair. I will continue to use their services in the future if needed.

Prompt fast service. They were in and out in less than 1/2 hour and the work was perfect and very very reasonable. Will use them again.

We called this company because they were well rated on Angie's list and we were not disappointed. The two guys that came, Dwight and Tyler, were very pleasant and Dwight in particular was very knowledgeable. They had to make three visits to complete all the work (the last visit was because I needed to get different outside lights for my porch since the ones I bought were too small for the outlet). They were very efficient and Dwight pointed out some electrical issues we had not considered when we built the house. I would definitely recommend this company to anyone who needs electrical work done. Although our jobs were relatively simple, I have little doubt they can handle much more complicated work, and I regret that they were not the electrical subcontractor when we built our house. All builders in Gainesville should strongly consider this company when they bid for an electrical subcontractor.

They were good though they showed up ealier than the time the secretary and I had agreed to and it looked like they were going to either have to rescedule but fortunately were able to make it later in the same day....They need to ensure with their office that they have the right times for the appt. My job was fairly easy fix for them, it was just a string that got wound up in the motor of the fan , from a ballon, and took them about 1/2 hour to get it working again. But now the fan is still going on by itself and still lights up at nite...so i'm gonna have to call them again and this maybe a true test to see how good they are.

After waiting over a week for another electrician to take a look at my project, I called Preston-Link after reading the other positive reviews on Angie's. I spoke to Heather, who was friendly and responsive. She was able to have Matt stop by within the hour to give an estimate. Matt showed up promptly, inspected the room and attic space, and gave me a verbal estimate that he followed up via e-mail that same afternoon. I particularly appreciated that he advised me that the fan I had purchased was larger than necessary. (I exchanged the fan for one that is just the right size for the room.) He was able to schedule the work for the next day and it took 3 hours instead of 4. The two workmen who did the installation were very personable and conscientious. They arrived promptly, answered my questions, and cleaned up along the way. They had to add a new fan/light switch and cut through the wood paneling. I am very pleased with the service I received.

Gera and his team worked with us over three months as we remodeled our house. Gera met with us and went over our plans, then emailed and phone conferenced with us as those plans had to be modified. The electricians came out and worked when promised, met with the inspectors, etc. There were a few hiccups. At one point different electricians came out to work on our project and didn't understand what the previous electricians had done--when the former electricians returned to the job, they also didn't understand what the replacements had done. At one point, the electrician showed up to fix something and had to open up our brand new drywall to access a wire. Later that week another wire didn't work and they had to put two large access holes in our drywall in another room. Everything works, though, now.

While remodeling the kitchen, we found a switch that blew the breaker whenever it was turned off. The serviceman told us how to rewire the switch properly. Took 10 minutes, but was necessary.

The breaker box is located in the kitchen utility closet. The Condo has no attic space to run electrical wires so they ran it through the back of the kitchen cabinets. Did a great job working in a very tight space. Cleaned up before they left. Very satisfied with the work.

I called and they said they could be there that day or tomorrow. I set up the appointment and arrived on time which is very important to me. They were quick and professional and cleaned up after themselves.
