"Ms. [Member Name Removed], Very sorry for the the mistake on our part. I know you had called to arrange nearly a week prior. With the heavy summer work load your request was never properly dispatched and fell through the cracks so to speak. Wish you had called us back when you did not hear from us that morning to inquire why you had not been contacted, I would have responded immediately. My Apologies, David LeVangie"
"Regarding [Member name removed] comment concerning repairs at her vacant rental house recently, we repaired her air conditioner and not the gas furnace. We only cleaned it. We are going to check the heater for her sometime this week when she can meet us @ the property. We will call her to arrange. Thank you, David LeVangie, Owner"
"The two home owners called us out for an AC system service special advertised on Angie's List. They recently purchased the home and were required to have this done to keep their home warranty valid. While standing with the husband outside at the unit, it failed to turn on. Our technician removed the cover and cleared out the ants that were keeping the contactor switch inoperative. We suggested it should be replaced as the points were badly burnt and should fail soon. He said don't bother as he had a home warranty to cover this. We continued servicing the unit and left it in good working order. Apparently his wife was quite upset that my technician did not condemn the outside unit so they would get a new free air conditioner. Go figure? Sincerely, David LeVangie, Owner"
