They 2 women were efficient and cheerful. A few areas were overlooked but I was pleased overall.

The two maids were nice and I felt safe with them there with our indoor cats. However, I found that things were missed each week and decided to start leaving a tip to see if that would help.  It didn't.  When the office called to remind me of the upcoming visit, I provided feedback on what was getting missed. The person did not seem to care much, just agreed that leaving them a note should take care of it.  I left a note then asking that they attend to things a bit better.  I came home to the best job they had done- but a very rude, defensive note responding to mine.
I called to cancel the service after that.  Gretchen- office manager simply asked if I wanted another crew instead.  I did not feel that she really cared either way.  I cancelled.

Sometimes 2 people come out and sometimes 3 people come out. It takes them 2 hours to complete the job. I think they are great. I have used them for years.

They were great, and they got along well with my dog. I thought they were expensive.

I have used them before. They are a little pricey, but they did a good job. I will use them again.

They are great. They are here for about three hours and it is sometimes three people. The price is great and I am happy with it. I think they are just great people. They are very accommodating. If I am normally scheduled the first Friday of every month and I can't make it, they are more than happy to be able to reschedule it. They usually have the same team come out every month, so I have the same 2-3 girls come out every month, and that is nice because I don't have to tell them anything. I never have to go back behind them. They will even call me and tell me if the water is not going down my tub or anything. They are just very nice. I have been using them now for almost a year. I give them a bonus at Christmas time and I always tip them.

I received a quote from Molly made last January for $110.00 to clean immediate living areas (1/2 house) and $140.00 to clean the entire house. Recently they made me aware that they underquoted me all this time and that I was GETTING A DEAL. I did not ,or was looking for a deal just good service. These are the bogus reasons why they are increasing my price sent to me in a letter. Originally quoted it fro 2 people living in the house... Oh, my god I had a guest or two and my son came home from the Navy. That is non of their business nor is it professional to include it in a business letter. There is no clause about how many people live in the house. Also it states in the letter the time the girls went over they did not pay them for their work. They never told me this. That is just not acceptable. All in all they are unreasonable, and gave lame excuses for my price increase. The girls are wonderful and they do a great job. I will miss them. Connie who gives the quotes is horrible to deal with when she makes an error and Rose the owner is the same. DO NOT USE THEM!!!!!

This company participates in "Cleaning for a Reason" and donates four 2-hour monthly cleanings to cancer patients. My mother and I both had breast cancer this year. Having these wonderful ladies come clean our house as been a godsend. Before our first cleaning, I wasn't expecting too much because, let's face it, sometimes a free deal means minimal work. Quite the contrary with Molly Maid. Karen and Teresa were really nice and do a great job cleaning. With all the other things my mom and I have to worry about, at least housework isn't one of them.
