The technician was very courteous and knowledgeable. Willing to answer all of my questions no matter how detailed. Did his work quickly and efficiently and left the work area tidy. I will be happy to use Martin's again when a problem arises.

Richard was a great tech. He gave me a courtesy call that he was on his way and I headed out to meet him. He had the parts needed and made the switch for me. He pulled the oven out and let me get behind it to clean before he put it back in its place. He tested it out and after determining everything was working he went on his way. The whole time he was super friendly and were talking about hobbies and work. He also reminded me of the warranty all of their replacements have and if I had any issues to give him a call. Easily would use Martin's Family Appliances again.

They told me that it was unfixable but it ended up being fixable. It has nothing to do with the appliance. When I called the vent people, the dryer started working again. There was one guy and it went very well.

I emailed with a description of the washing machine issues on a Sunday evening. I received a very nice email early Monday morning explaining that Martin's don't fix our washing machine brand (LG), and suggesting another company that would be able to look after us. I was impressed with Martin's swift response and helpful attitude.

Richard showed up and was friendly, knowledgeable, and very quick. He diagnosed the problem in less than 10 minutes and had the exact part in his truck. He replaced the "Cut off fuse kit" within another 10 minutes and even trimmed my exhaust hose for me to the proper length! I would HIGHLY recommend Martin's Family Appliance and especially Richard!

We bought the new dishwasher and they delivered and installed for us.

Richard was our technician. He was prompt, polite, knowledgeable, and quickly diagnosed the problem. He explained what he was doing and fixed the problem after my two previous DIY attempts failed.
