He moved everything from my old computer to the new one, updating as required. He was willing to answer all my questions.  I appreciate his knowledge and expertise.

Mark was on time on target and completed repairs on budget. His recommendations were on target and saved us considerable down time and future expense. We have used many computer repair services over the years and we find Mark to be exceptional.

I called Mark, we made an appointment when our schedules matched.  Mark came, I explained the problem-slow computer- then Mark checked components and decided  caching was the problem.  He corrected the problem, and now my computer is back to  working normally.  He was very prompt and pleasant in responding to my problem, came to my house and solved my computers problem. I have consulted Mark several  times in the past  when my computer developed problems.  I recommend him and have recommended him to friends who have used his services.

Mark is prompt, courteous, professional and extremely knowledgeable in IT. He can problem solve methodically as he goes and has an understanding of what a lay person is trying to express.
