"Thank you for this review! It really means a great deal to us when someone says "they are like family" because that is what we strive for. We are a small business with a tight knit group who excel in their craftmanship. We genuinely look forward to working with you again."
"Dear Former Customer, We are sorry you are upset that we advised you we were withdrawing our estimate to do your kitchen remodel. We were contracted to remodel your bathroom only. We had given you an estimate ONLY on your kitchen of which you had requested that we detail out the estimate further but had NOT APPROVED our estimate nor had any money been given. Generally when a customer wants further detail broken out it means that they want to take our estimate and get other quotes to see if they can get the bid down further. This may not have been your intention but we have no way of knowing that. Yes, we had hoped to complete your kitchen, but because you had not agreed to our quote we had to make a decision as to what approved bids we could complete. We give estimates out all the time but until a customer agrees to the estimate we cannot count on that the work may be approved. We are glad you like your bathroom work, and although we have completed your final punch of which you were very happy and paid us in full, we have agreed to come back to do another punch list that you have now presented. We hope you understand that the vanity cabinets you ordered were a direct order from the supplier, and were not marked up by our company not even the 4 hours driving time to pick them up (which is unheard of by other vendors) and we will present you with the invoices. It is very disappointing that you bash our company because we thought it was in your best interest for you to look at other bidders to do the Kitchen work. Money is not what motivates our company, only a satisfied customer but because our commitments on bids that were previously approved would not give us the ability to give you the quality we provide, we did not want to disappoint you. We will not overload ourselves or team members where we cannot physically handle the stress and we will not let our customers down by starting jobs we cannot complete timely. It is a compliment that you liked our work so much that you truly wished we could do your further work and had you accepted our estimate we would have certainly scheduled your work."
