My appointment was scheduled to my convenience, the communication was excellent as expected as I have used Comfort Temp’s services before and already knew what to expect. Comfort Temp came highly recommended. They removed old HVAC system from inside residence and installed new system, including water heater, to garage. Estimator was responsive and worked hard to ensure I was beyond satisfied with the job, from prompt receipt of the estimate to final completion and permitting of job. I sought estimates from three companies before going with Comfort Temp. Installers were professional and informative during removal of old system and install of new system. They reviewed all available options and addressed all of my questions and concerns. Plumbers installed extra valves at my request (without up charge) so that I could subsequently install outdoor sink. Total job time was less than 48 hours. System placement was appropriate, new gas lines and piping insulation looks clean and well designed, outdoor unit was moved to a new location that is significantly quieter from inside the residence. I highly recommend and will continue to do business with this company.

Everything went well. Due to my schedule and Hermine we had a few delays but it was not the fault of Comfort Temp. From Jay, the salesman, to all of the crew from both companies, the job was expertly completed. I would highly recommend them to anyone. My prayer is that I can afford to run both of them in this 104 year old house.

This was the second time that I've worked with Jay Bowermeister at Comfort Temp (the previous time was completely replacing the HVAC system on another house). He's always been exceptionally professional — he usually picks up the phone or calls back right away, and when he doesn't, I have never had to wait more than 24 hours to speak with him. The prices seem pretty standard for a reputable HVAC company (the first job's cost was really close to other quotes I received approximately 16 months ago), but the service is top notch. Well, we weren't expecting a $5,000 bill this time around, so we waited about a year to save up some money before scheduling the service. I called him about 3 weeks ago, and they came out last Monday to begin the installation. Due to a couple of emergency calls they responded to, the job ended up taking a total of 9 days (Monday through the following Tuesday), but we had functioning AC each evening, so it really wasn't that much of an inconvenience. The two guys who came each day to crawl up into the attic were just as professional as Jay, and they cleaned up at the end of each day. Another pair of workers who showed up one day to help with some of the heavy lifting weren't quite as professional (they left some trash like an empty styrofoam cup and some wrappers lying by their car), and one of them promptly fell through our ceiling upon climbing up into the crawlspace, but Jay and I came to a fair agreement to cover the cost of repairs. I plan on using Comfort Temp for all HVAC jobs on my personal house and any other homes I renovate in the future.
