B and H was very responsive to any concerns or questions I asked before and during the remodel. B and H was punctual on job and always called about any possible delay. The workers were professional and courteous. I love my new master bathroom. I recommend B and H to family, friends, and neighbors.

I called late Thursday afternoon and spoke to Wayne and made an appointment for them to come out Friday morning at 10am to give me a free estimate of the work that needed to be completed. At first, Bobby thought the entire sewer line might need to be replaced at the tune of $1700.00. Bobby said they could hand dig up the pipe were they knew there was a problem and then go from there ... trying to save me some money. They were so honest about the entire process. Keeping me in the loop the entire time, since I am an absent owner of the property.
I would recommend B and H Plumbing to all of my family and friends in Gainesville. They are prompt, courteous, and honest. They were an absolute pleasure to work with! Thank you Wayne and Bobby!! You made my holidays so much happier!

They did what I asked them to do and we had no problems. I don't think that they even tried to charge us for coming out. They showed me how to learn whether it is clogged or not and whether it was just a new type of toilet and how to prevent it. It turned out to be an educational day and that information has worked. They are a very reputable company around here and have been there for a very long time. The experience of working with them was wonderful. It was educational and informative, and they don't charge you more than they need to.

B and H cleaned out the shower and bath drains (snaked). Both were running slowly. The plumber arrived on time (they remembered to call me 30 minutes ahead so I could come from work home). Because my house and pipes are old, he used a manual snake and tested all appliances on those pipes to see that everything was running smoothly. Even got some helpful advice about my outside faucet.

They are pretty good. It's a big company, so they always have somebody on call. It's easy to get them out. There have been a few problems, but I've generally been happy with them.

There was some confusion as to the time to show up. They were to call 30 min. prior to their arrival. They did not call until they were on site so we did not have time to get home. The technician was sent to another job and another tech was sent out later, Once that was resolved the work went well and smoothly. They resolved our stopped up washer drain and the cost was less than they had estimated.

Everything was fine.

I called this company based on the A rating of the first reviewer. What was outstanding was that they happened to have a used water pump from a previous job that matched mine exactly so they didn't even charge me for the parts, only their minimum service charge! Never having used a plumber before, I don't know if the $95 service fee is reasonable or not but they earned their fee by the money they saved me. I would use them again. They were courteous and seemed trustworthy and reliable. The reason I didn't give them an "A" was because they were an hour late in showing up and nobody bothered to let me know. I called that morning and was told someone would come over between 1-4. At 3:40, I started getting anxious and called the office. The office guy acted like he had never spoken to me and said someone was on the way and would get to me within 10 minutes. Half an hour passed by so I called again, thinking they got lost (since my address isn't on GPS). The first truck was "stuck" doing whatever and I was told another truck was on its way. I was just about ready to give up on them and hire someone else. Two guys finally came close to 5 pm. They weren't at all surprised when I complained and told me two new guys had been hired to do dispatch who sounded very similar on the phone and were still learning the job. They said they would go over what happened in their meeting the next morning.

Saved us a good bit of money by repairing faucets instead of tearing out walls(which I thought was going to be needed). Band H has been to our house four times in the last few years and have done great work each time. They are local and you can tell what we think of the company by looking at how we rated them.
