I inquired about the stump removal and was told that they were injecting something into the stump and that it would be gone in less than a year. It is not gone, even partially. It has been a year and a half.
2-23-14 he made an appointment to trim my front tree but NEVER SHOWED UP and never answered or returned calls. When I finally got him on 5/28/14 he said he had to call back to schedule the trim--never did. Other tree companies that I have called have told me if they would not come out to trim one tree. If that is the case, he should have said so, not scheduled an appointment and then not show up. Also, he needs to change his advertising which states "NO JOB TOO SMALL". Obviously this is not true.
The palm trees and carrot wood were trimmed fine. The oak tree was never finished and the tree from the bush was never removed. The oak tree was left unfinished. When my husband told one of the workers that the tree was not trimmed as promised, he got very angry, complained about him job and threw his chainsaw across the lawn.
I called the owner twice and both times he promised to come out and look at the job himself and rectify the problems. Neither time has he called or showed up.
