I donâ t know what would compromise excellent but Jason Appel is as close as it gets. He is knowledgeable, careful, clean, and doesnâ t stop until he finishes the project. I am happy that I found him.

Jason's work was forthright and efficient and was able to obtain what I would consider a 95% completeness for what he was called in to attain. I am quite sure that he did his very best in helping me get my home system back in good working condition as much as the equipment's age would permit. His knowledge and very friendly attitude was another plus in my consideration of his performance.

Mr. Jason Appel, the Owner himself, came to my residence properly masked & employed all safety & security precautions available,- just for starters! He politely requested permission to enter my home, though we had an appt., for which he was early. . .very impressive, as I do appreciate respect for my time. I do not believe in looking for 'the cheapest deal in town' for anything,- &, once again this paid off for me. Jason was extremely professional, knowledgeable & quite personable. . .all while doing a large install,-perfectly. The system works beautifully. . .no call-backs or glitches! Many kudos to the entire company,-starting with fabulous communication skills of Customer Service on the phone,-I think his name was Jess(?), to the installation, & then assurances that Jappel Tech. stands behind their work 100% & are easily accessible should we have any questions as we are not too technically savvy. Jason was not only professional but immaculate at sanitizing his work area. Jason did impeccable work mounting my TV on the Wall with such precision and care that I never experienced before. It looks like a home theatre!!! Furthermore he came in wearing a mask and cautiously respected the social distance that I feared the most. For that reason I postponed the installation that I desperately needed. He sanitized the whole area he worked around and even the TV was wiped down. He also removed some network wiring that I didn't even realize posed danger. As he was ready to leave he noticed an old alarm system still plugged in and disconnected it for me. I feel confidant with Jappel Tech performance and at the same time safe. I'm planning my next big project with Jason to turn my place into a "smart" home. Thank you for the great service! Very expensive but also very knowledgeable. The outcome was very good, thanks to Kramer who was relentless in his pursuit for perfection.

Jason and staff updated and installed my home theater system and fixed my home audio system, which has speakers throughout the house. Jason did an excellent job. He and his partner, Kramer, were meticulous in organizing and labelling all the cords and components and arranging them neatly. He is very knowledgeable. He responded promptly to my calls, even an 'emergency' call on a Sunday when I couldn't figure out how something worked. He was fair in his pricing and dealings with me. I highly recommend him and his coworkers.

Terrific experience. Jappel Tech & Resale is a solid company with very knowledgable IT Specialists. I have an Apple Mac Laptop and it wouldn't start up after I put in my user name. Jess the IT technicians who took care of this problem and restarted my computer, backed it up. Great. Efficient. Affordable. Don't hesitate to call them, your computer is in very good hands
