Very professional company - A project manager was available to us during the whole process. He explained what was going to happen at every step and was available around the clock to trouble shoot - A portable latrine was set up in the yard before the work even started - They came with different crews that specialized on various aspects of the process - Cleanup was generally thorough after each step - The workers were very polite - A safety officer came by frequently to check if workers were following safety standards - In the end, we did not like the way some things had been done or how they looked-those were immediately taken care of to our satisfaction - There is a guaranty on the roof, the general size of this large company makes it fairly likely that they will still exist in several years...

Best Roofing was very thorough from the beginning to the end.  Bryan, their sales rep, took the time to carefully inspect the roof so he could provide both "emergency" repair plus "remedial" repair options, then sat down with me to review everything.  We did feel like there was a bit of up-selling going on but this didn't worry us because Bryan wasn't pushy about agreeing to all proposed options and really seemed like he was looking out for our best interest.  The proposal was easy to review because there were pictures with explanations of current condition and suggested work so there was no confusion.  Upon the completion of the job, we received our final invoice with a final report, which detailed (again with pictures) the original issue and corrected status.  
This job was at a commercial property and the actual technicians on site were on time daily and respective of the area.

This is the second roof repair Best has completed for us.  They have always been on time with superior supplies and techs to complete the work.  I would recommend Best roofing to all my friends.  For quality, peace of mind and reliability.
