Very good in fact great. Called and they came next day. Very punctual. Pleasant to deal with. I would highly recommend Derrick’s locksmith. Spoke to Gary and he sent his son. Price is very good. They were the first one suggested from Angie’s List and called immediately. Didn’t have to go any further. Five 🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟 professional and price.

Used Angie's list coupon and he called within a few minutes. Showed up on time. Replaced inside door latch, and charged a total of $95. All took around 25 min. A bit more expensive than what I thought given the $45 service call coupon applied.

Overall a very pleasant experience. Gary was very easy to communicate with and didn't overwhelm me with calls. I explained to Gary exactly what I wanted and he gave a me reasonable quote. He was very professional, punctual, and cleaned up after he was done. I would definitely recommend him.

Entry was still gained to my condo with new lock. Ron put another lock with higher security in today. This should solve the entry problem..

The service call went great. Gerry was responding to me on Saturday night after 10 pm, as I needed to fix the locks for the showing of my house the next day on Sunday. He came in the next day, did all the work promptly and for a fair price. I would highly recommend him.

Gerry was great!. After finding out that I had purchased the wrong equipment, he called the one 800 number to receive assistance from the manufacture. Come to find out I didn’t need a new lock at all. So he just followed the reset instructions, installed new batteries, realign the lock and we are good to go.

Found Gerry (A Best Locksmith) on Angie's list this morning. He responded out within the hour to replace a broken front door latch. Looks like he did a good job. I'm sure this was an easy job for Gerry. I will use Gerry again.
