Work was sloppy and when questioned he became defensive and had an excuse for everything. When he was told not to come back to finish the work, he was completely unprofessional and actually wished bad "karma" on me...in a text message.
In addition to the cabinets being installed crooked, we later found out that one of the studs inside the wall was also crooked and caused the sheetrock to bow out just enough that the granite counter top would not fit flush against it, causing a whole new set of problems. The cabinets had to be reinstalled.
The window was supposed to be water tested ($150) before the wall was replaced but he didn't do it. Instead claimed that because it was raining all day - that was the water test.
