We chose them when we moved because they were close to our house. We have used them multiple times and they are great. Professional, quick, and a great price.

My front brakes were squealing so I called and set up an appointment to have my brakes changed, when I picked up the car they had not changed the front brake pads but said the rear brakes needed to be replaced completely so they did that. They also rotated and aligned the tires. A week after this we took the car to get new tires (it did need new tires very badly) and when they put it on the machine said they needed it to be aligned again! So when I called Galeana the only option I was given was to drive back there so they could realign my tires. I decided to write off the amount of the tire alignment and find another dealer. (Which I did)
Every time we went here - just for an oil change it took over an hour usually 1 1/2 or more. (I always had my 2 year old with me and we would have to leave the waiting room so I didn't upset the other people waiting) It was never quick. Ever. (they always said it was b/c I used the coupon they sent me - that never made any sense, but that was usually what I was told) I went there for at least 3 oil changes before going else where. And when I would call to try and set up an appt they would tell me just to drive up it would be faster (We went during the week during early hours (9-10 am) - not Saturdays or what I thought would be busy times) It was just not the place for me and I wouldn't recommend it to anyone.

We purchased a Kia Sorento around May of last year. They were polite and not pushy. We received the deal online using the Kelly Blue Book.
Their response was fast. They pulled through with the online offer. They gave us a fair amount for a used vehicle trade-in.
We are happy with the purchase and love our Kia Sorento.

I went to the and quot;express laneand quot; with no reservation for an oil change, tire rotation. I was out within 40 minutes, and they called to.remind me when my next oil change was fue! Definitely recommend

You are in and out .Plus they send coupons for specials for oil change,filter and such.Very good deals! And no waiting!

The only complaint I have with them is the television wasn't working right.

The repair work was satisfactory, although it took twice as long, as they said it would. However, it was the way I was treated, that caused me to actually sell my car and vow to never own another Chrysler vehicle. From the girl who answered the phone, to the general manager of the dealership, the customer service is deplorable. Unprofessional, doesn't even begin to describe it. I was actually told by Leon Mudry, the GM, that I was "just one customer." There are too many other body shops in town. If you don't want my business, I'll go somewhere else!
