J.J. Frank Landscaping & Lawn Maintenance

Very disappointed with the service from JJ Frank Landscaping... I initially signed up for bi-weekly lawn maintenance and they went once, told me my grass was dead and there was nothing to do, yet charged me for the service. Following that, I had sent numerous requests for a quote on some front yard landscaping, which they said they would do and never followed up. I sent repeated messages with no response. There are other companies that provide better service and are far more responsive. This experience was highly disappointing and I have canceled all services with them.

I highly recommend JJFrank Landscaping. Javier is excellent and addressed my immediate and long term work needs!!!! I have hired his company to provide services, and he has gone above and beyond.

The experience of great like I said previously

I had been searching for a lawn service but had no luck for 6 weeks! I posted on Angi and Javier from JJ Frank contacted me promptly. He was out the next day and gave me a fair estimate for a seriously out-of-control front yard. His staff was there in the afternoon and did a fantastic job...even in a crazy storm. They cut the lawn, edged, and trimmed the bushes back; cleaning up all of the clippings. My yard amazing!! I highly recommend their services...

Great experience! They were the first to reach out, stop by, email a quote and started within one week. Fantastic outcome and very personable!

Javier is still working me into his schedule, but our initial evaluation was very positive I was impressed with his knowledge of Foliage and Tropical Plants for his young age. He is professional and polite. I look forward to him helping me create and maintain a beautiful yard.

J.J. Let me start off by saying. They are fantastic. Not only did they show up when I called them. They started almost. They performed the work as promised, plus fixed other issues as they arose. We had hired another company, but they could never seem to do what they were supposed to do. Our landscaping looks incredible. They trimmed the coconut trees, removed some shrubs, birds of paradise, and some Palms. Moved some things around. Redesigned the front landscaping, planted new flowers, mulched. They even moved sprinkler heads to match the redesign. They helped us select pots,plants, and are adding a plant watering system to our sprinklers for the new pots. I highly recommend. I am very pleased with the work they have performed.. I look forward to our next project. I also hired them as our lawn care company. They also laid sod, and are going to bring in some gravel. This is a full service company.

Thorough and efficient

Our project required a lot of clearing of overgrown bushes and weeds and then laying a new surface of rocks throughout the patio and pool area. I am 100% pleased with the outcome. Javier and his crew were hard working, efficient and neat. The next project is landscaping the front of the house and of course, J.J. Frank is the company for me.

Great Service

I needed mowing, trimming, pruning, weeding/weed control for new landscaping and for maintenance of some existing trees and plants. Javier was very professional and friendly. He was very good about letting me try out his services first before I committed to a long-term commitment. I was more than satisfied with the quality of his/team's work and will continue to use his services.
