Our retail store offers all your chemical and supplies needed for taking care of your own pool or spa. Free water testing and advise. We sell Atresian Spas which offer energy saving pumps and spas from 2 to 8 people. We retail above ground pools from 15 foot round to 18x33' ovals.

Not sure what happened but I started out very polite, he did not.
"I apoligize if our discussion offended you. You bought equipment that was not designed for your pool, and our knowledge tells us we don't get paid if we install something that doesn't work well hydraulically. Pools need to be easy to take care of and when you asked for a free quote you also told me what I was allowed to mark items up and we don't work that way either. Pool equipment is funny, buy the wrong equipment because its discounted on the internet and it makes your pool hard to take care of. I guess the truth hurts, again I'm sorry. Good Luck. Funny the customer who complains the most is the one we didn't work for."
