We have used them for pool cleaning on a weekly basis for about 6 months now, there were a few "Hiccups" but they were isolated with one person and that was fixed.  Other than that, they come when they are supposed to, fix/clean what they're supposed to and we're pretty happy.

Amazing.

I have used other pool services, but they were inferior to this company.  My pool is perfectly clean and the chemicals are spot on every time.

After calling mutiple pool service companies for weekly service quotes, Craig was very friendly, knowledgable and described in detail the services they provide. He came the very day next and tested my water chemistry, game me a summary of my current pool conditions and looked over all my pool equipment. He went on to tell me how they keep an eye on the equipment weekly and if they see any problems will call with a repair quote. They also had weekend emergency service which was a big selling point for us and Craig said to call anytime with questions. We really appreciated the personalized attention we felt we received from Craig at Gulf Pool Service.

I used Gulf Pool Services, Inc. for several smaller repair jobs (valve and pool pump replacement and installation of check valves) and was happy with the work they had done. When a leak was discovered in my pool heater (caused by a corroded heat exchanger) I called Gulf Pool Services, Inc. for replacement options and estimates. They were prompt in their response and after I decided on the model of heater the replacement was done within a week (they had to order the new heater). They also installed by-pass plumbing around the heater to extend the life of the heat exchanger. When I tried the heater the first time I called the service technician with a question which was promptly answered. The next time I used the heater it began leaking heavily; the heater's pressure switch had failed after a hard freeze (I forgot to leave the pump on overnight). Gulf Pool Services sent a technician on Monday. He replaced the pressure switch at no charge. I have always been happy with the service provided by Gulf Pool Services and would recommend them without reservation.
