Very well. We had our new unit installed within a week of signing the agreement. They showed up on time and completed the installation very quickly. I will definitely use them again. This is the second time we called them. Last summer our air conditioner quit working on Memorial Day. Seacoast was the only company who would come out and fix it on the holiday.

We have had Roy before and we were so pleased with his previous service call we requested him again. Roy arrived at the designated time. He did a thorough job and brought it to our attention that our coils had a build up of mold and bacteria on the coils. Roy recommended Fresh-Aire UV Light System. This would eliminate the build up and mold, allergens, bacteria and viruses. Roy is knowledgeable, honest, very professional and is always polite and pleasure leaving us to feel assured of his workmanship. We will always call Seacoast for any of our air conditioning needs!!! They are the best!!!

Our air conditioner went out over the weekend. We called Seacoast air conditioning and they came out and repaired it all in less than an hour total! They were very reasonable in part labor and weekend rate! Richie was professional and polite! We will only call Seacoast for our conditioner! Thank you you are the best!

When we came home from church last night we noticed that our house was hot and humid, above where we had set the thermostat. I cranked it down much lower than we would normally have it just to try and cool the house down but to no avail. I called Seacoast at 11:15pm thinking that I would simply leave my name and number on the voicemail and be first in the queue in the morning. To my surprise, someone actually answered! And not only that, but they also offered to send out a technician right then. I declined their offer because I didn't want to stay up any later, and they said they would contact me in the morning. The unit was installed 1/12/2018 and we had purchased a 10-year warranty to go with it. When Roy came out and I described the problem, he was able to pinpoint the problem within a few minutes: a faulty delay timer that had burned out. Roy made the necessary repairs quickly and professionally and was done within 20 minutes. No charge, as it was covered under warranty. House is cooling back down again!

Installation and year guarantee. They were very helpful. I called them in the morning and they were there before noon. They explained what was going on and what our options were. We chose one option which they had a unit brought from south Florida which was available the next morning and they installed the following morning. They were extremely good. They explained as they were going on what they were doing and how long it would take. They had an expert to come and review installation before they completed it to make sure it was up to their standards. They did offer their follow up number which included the owner of the company who we could call if we had any concerns.They exceeded my expectations. There went beyond a professional approach and they cleaned up well.

Tom was very professional, polite and showed up when he said he would! He also explained my ac issues in terms that I could understand. The quote I was given to further rectify my ac issued was fair. I have used Seacoast since 2006 and will continue using them for my ac needs.

We had this company out to price a project for us several months ago. They gave us a price and asked us to call back when certain components had been installed, enabling them to come back and do a final measurement. Have called back trying to reach the rep for ten days and finally had to call to speak to owner of company. Now upon these components being installed, the company has said that they now can no longer do the job and have suggested we find another sheetmetal contractor. This essentially stops the job completely and necessitates starting over nearly from beginning. Very unprofessional lacking integrity.

The whole experience was positive from the moment I made the call for service to the moment Zack, the technician, left my house. Zack quickly diagnosed the problem (a connector switch) and replaced it. He then taught me somethings about my A/C unit. I really appreciated his taking the time to give me some advice. I will definitely call Seacoast for any future needs.

It was okay; there was no problems with what they did. It worked out good. Their prices are comparable to what I pay in New York State. I would use them again, but I think there are less expensive options. They're a big company. I did not get into working with any individual, smaller companies. I had a couple after the fact that said hey, you know you could have called us first. The bottom line is, do I have any reason to not use them again? No. I feel secure in recommending them to somebody else, based on that. They were good. They gave me an estimate on some further work which seemed quite high, but like I say, I take into consideration that they're a big company with a lot of overhead. I wouldn't have any hesitation as far as recommending them. They were good; they came, did what they were supposed to do, they were professional, they were on time, and as far as pricing I believe their pricing is comparable to what I would have paid in New York State. So I think everything was good.

I emailed them after purchasing the coupon on Angies List. They were very responsive and we had an appointment set up pretty quickly. They were very nice on the phone. The tech who came out was also very nice and had the preventative maintenance done fairly quickly. We have a new home that was just over 1 year old when they came out. Had never had a problem with the A/C prior to that. 2 weeks after they came out to do the preventative maintenance the A/C stopped working. After doing some research we noticed it was the float switch being tripped because the drain line wasn't draining all of a sudden. Never called this company back out. It could be a coincidence so take it with a grain of salt but when something stops working suddenly just after a tech comes out I find it suspicious and all of my confidence in the company goes away. I called another company out after it continued to not drain for a few weeks (had to keep shop-vaccing it out). The other A/C company who came out said that whoever came out to do the preventative maintenance messed up the outside drain pipe so it wasn't draining. Not sure who to believe but I just can't trust this company any more because it's just too coincidental.
