"Thank you for taking the time to leave us a review. Our apologies that you were not happy with your service program. We serviced that property for many, many years with your father. Any time there was an issue, as with all of our customers, he would contact us so we could address and correct any possible issues with the landscape spraying service. During 2014 we only received one service request that was in May and the issue was related to the mowing service scalping your yard and damaging the turf. Also we applied a granular fertilizer at that time to help the turf recover from the damage at no charge. At the end of 2014 when the service was cancelled, you requested that no one come out because you already hired another service. At Royal Green we are always willing to address and correct any/all of our customer's concerns to the utmost of our abilities given the opportunity. Thank you, David Grim Operations Mgr."

There are a few items I wold like to address from the review. Our service was used from 11/9/2011 to 11/26/2012. The cost for your program was $412 for the year not $800. Also, the owner came to your home to address the concern of inadequate sprinkler coverage in the front yard and a remedy for no sprinklers in the back yard as watering with a hose does not provide the proper coverage and amount of water that is needed for our program to work properly especially in our area of sunny South Florida. At Royal Green we use all of our feedback, good or bad, to help provide a better experience for our customers.
