Went very well indeed, no problem encountered. Key arrived in time stated and the Parts manager made sure the key worked with the vehicle as he operated they in the car. Great service. Will do business with them again.

I was rear-ended at a traffic light, they fixed the damage quickly and efficiently. They arranged for a rental vehicle to pick me up , whole experience was smooth and pleasant

The oil leak repair required 3 separate trips to the service facility.

I took my car for a regular service but they had many suggestions when I did the service. One was I did let them replace the power steering fluid and the brake fluid. I spent more money than I wanted to. It is the same old story, they call me with a list, and they have all the things they find wrong with my car. I guess Mercedes Benz vehicles are always expensive to keep maintained, but I probably would not go back to that dealership truthfully. They did give me a lender car. When I took it in, the car had a shimmy so I knew that probably the tires needed to be balanced or needed air, because I went home in April and the car sat here. My brother did take it out now and then, so I did expect to have some things but probably not as much as they sound. A lot of dealerships make money through the service departments. They try and get us to do repairs maybe, I am not sure that they are necessary, that is just the way I feel. I probably will not use them again in the future.
